  • Beach Villa 2029 ligt direct aan het strand in het South Seas Island Resort. Het deelt een mooi zwembad en een gemeubileerd zonneterras, evenals wandelpaden en het prachtige, brede zandstrand. Zelfs in het drukste seizoen is er genoeg ruimte op het strand, en op de mooiste dagen vindt u het misschien net zo rustig als op de foto bovenaan deze pagina.

    Geniet van het indrukwekkende uitzicht over het strand en de oceaan aangeboden door de gescreende Lanai. Beginnend met ochtendkoffie, misschien een middagmaaltijd of cocktails door het dessert tijdens een uitgebreide zonsondergang en schemering, kan dit een van je favoriete plekken op Captiva zijn.

Also did not like spiral stair case. Otherwise was very satisfied. Pool was very nice and quiet. Loved all the restaurants. Beach was nice and quiet. Beautiful sunsets from the condo. We go to Captiva every year. Have been going for years.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Master bath shower moldy and faucet didnt work for hot water at first...day two had to kill a large Florida roach....when called they dropped off a can of roach spray!

Captiva Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. View of the ocean, and just steps from the pool. The condo is nicely equipped (nice appliances, including a Keurig). My only disappointments were relative to laundry and WiFi. There was not laundry in the unit. Needed to make use of communal laundry machines on lower level ($2 per wash and $2 per dry). The condo write up led me to believe there was private laundry. Additionally the WiFi for the condo did not work. The router may need replacing. There is general South Seas WiFi, but that is spotty at best.
