Welkom bij Villa Lake View! En wat een uitzicht! Groot meer, dubbele hoek veel, met het beste uitzicht op het meer Zeebries! De kooi van het zwembad heeft een frameloos frontpaneel voor een duidelijk zicht op het prachtige uitzicht op het meer. Deze mooie 2300 m² zwembad & spa, huisdiervriendelijk, huis zal ervoor zorgen dat uw vakantie er een zal zijn die u niet snel zult vergeten. in het prachtige zuidwesten van Cape Coral op een groot meer met een adembenemend uitzicht en prachtige landschapsarchitectuur op een groot stuk met veel privacy. Dit huis beschikt over een koning grote slaapkamer met matrassen, 50 inch tv en directe toegang tot het zwembad Lanai. De koningin slaapkamer heeft een eigen on-suite badkamer ook met een 50 inch tv. Derde slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden, 60 inch tv plus bad.

De woning is nieuw ingericht in een moderne, eigentijdse stijl met een open keuken en schuifregelaars naar het zwembadgedeelte dat het hele huis opent naar een geweldig kamerconcept. Met open zichtlijnen om met al uw familie en vrienden in contact te komen. Geweldig huis voor vermaak. Voor uw vermaak is het huis voorzien van een tafelvoetbal tafel en een 65-inch tv in de familie, evenals een 65-inch tv in de woonkamer, waar u kunt ontspannen op de stressloze ligstoel van Ekorness.

Nieuwe hoogrenderende AC en nieuwe zwembadverwarming met hoog rendement dragen bij aan comfort en zuinigheid. De Lanai heeft ook een zwembad speelgoedkist met veel speelgoed om te genieten van de hete zon van Florida in een verfrissend zwembad. Als u de buurt wilt verkennen, worden er drie fietsen in de garage geleverd. U vindt ook strandstoelen en koelboxen, voor uw uitstapjes naar de witte zandstranden. Staycation!

Little drive from Tampa for the 4th of July weekend. Was hopeful to hit the nearby beaches but the iffy weather kept us at this lovely villa where there was really no need to leave. Gorgeous fireworks visible over the big lake. Pool and jacuzzi made it an easy choice to stay in and hit the beaches on our next trip down!

Well equipped home - I have never stayed in home that has so much to offer. Excellent communication - quick response to all of our questions and changes. Pool is spacious, clean, and extremely private. Lake view is beautiful. We really can't recommend this house enough!

Well to start the stay was amazing!!! From pulling up to the well maintained lawn. Open the front door nothing but glass windows view was beautiful. Then the well laid out house and it how clean it was and how they have everything.Highly recommend my family made a life time worth of memories!!! Also the bed were amazing everyone slept very well!!!

Paradise in Cape Coral

This was one of the best vacation rentals I have ever experienced. The owner was wonderful to work with, providing clear instructions and great recommendations for the area. The house was everything and more. Outside of the beautiful landscape, pool, and hot tub, the rental was very well furnished with everything you could need or want at your disposal. I can’t wait to visit again!

This home was spotlessly clean and impeccably maintained. Perfect for my husband and I for the week. The furnishings and decor were lovely, and the dishes and cookware were high end. Pool and hot tub were great. Beds extremely comfortable. Definitely one of the nicest places we've ever stayed.

Fabulous House!

Beautiful home with wonderful views. It’s located in a very quiet, friendly residential neighborhood, close to restaurants and beaches.The house was better than in the pictures. Very clean with modern appliances in the kitchen. It includes everything and more that you’ll need for a relaxing vacation. Kayaks, fishing poles, beach chairs, coolers, games etc.Sondra gave us a bunch of great tips about hidden gems around Cape Coral. Cannot ask for a better host.

Perfect spot!

This was our second year at the villa. Much like last year everything was perfect! Every thing we could possibly need was already at the house. Our family can spend all day here and not get bored! Kayaks, Bikes, Hot tub, pool, and grill make for a great day of just enjoying the property. Great location with plenty to do in Cape Coral. Also, Sondra is the best host!!!

This property is gorgeous. We decided to spend a few days over Christmas on the west coast and this place did not disappoint. The house is large and very well furnished and stocked. The view across the lake is amazing. We found ourselves sitting on the patio by the pool and just looking out across the lake. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great place to relax

The property was everything we could have wished for. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The layout of the house is perfect. We played lots of games outside next to the pool. The house was equipped great with all the amenities that we needed. We loved the informational booklet on the area and enjoyed some good meals at the restaurants that had been highlighted. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s during our travels and we all agreed that this one was the BEST we’ve ever stayed in. Thanks for all the good communication and for a relaxing and fun FL vacay.

Our stay at Villa Lake View

Wonderful property, well stocked with almost anything you can think of or need, from kitchenware, to bikes, to kayaks to golf clubs. Arguably the most comprehensive list of items I've ever had at any property. The house was spacious, very clean, and quiet; having the lake as a backdrop, a plus. Sondra was wonderful; booking was very easy and she constantly kept us up to date on the situations with Milton. My wife is in a wheelchair and the property is very accessible. Sondra even put in threshold ramps for us to make the transitions in and out of the house even easier. Finally, as we worked more with Sondra, it felt more like staying at a friends house. We were there for my 60th birthday and she even had a cake, Happt Birthday balloon, and bottle of wine waiting for us to help us celebrate! We will definitely be back. Ron & Michele

Cape Coral Villa

We stayed here end of August for my son's birthday. The house was large, airy, bright and very clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms had everything you could need. The jet tub in the master was a big hit. Plenty of towels were provided. The beds were comfortable. The pool and lanai were very relaxing. There were TVs in every room. Extras like a bottle of wine, snacks and flowers that were left for us were a great touch. The neighborhood was safe and lovely to walk in. The owners were informative and accommodating. They were very easy to communicate with. This house is a winner and a must stay.

This place has it all! Not only were we able to stay in this amazingly beautiful home, we were in the heart of Cape Coral! Only minutes from different stores,10-15 minutes from the beach, and delivery from all over! This place has a beautiful hot tub, gorgeous pool, and perfect dovk to fish from! Would recommend this property to anyone. The owners were communicative throughout the whole process. The unit was clean and extremely well stocked. This really minimized what we had to bring down or buy for the trip. Beautiful views and convenient location to Fort Myers and the beach. Will definitely rent from them again.
