Welkom in ons kleine paradijs in Florida!

Kom en geniet van enkele magische dagen in ons Barra Villa Resort, dat bekend staat om zijn verfijnde en speelse sfeer. Het resort bestaat in totaal uit 8 mooie appartementen en studio's.

KAMER NAPELS

zonovergoten accommodatie met een grote en goed uitgeruste keuken - slaapkamer met queensize bed - badkamer met douche - korte weg naar de veranda - een stukje Key West in Ft. Myers!

Houten muren, hoge plafonds en witte meubels transformeren het appartement in een heel bijzondere, magische plek. Om een ​​nog meer gezellige sfeer te creëren, gebruikten we rieten meubels en versierde het appartement met warme, aardse kleuren. U kunt ontspannen in een van de comfortabele fauteuils, genieten van een film op tv of luisteren naar muziek.

Het hoogtepunt van de Room Naples is de ongebruikelijk ruime, zeer goed uitgeruste keuken met zithoek. Onze gasten genieten echt van een diner in de grote keuken op de comfortabele bank of een van de rieten stoelen.

De badkamer met douche was voorzien van nieuw meubilair na de renovatie in december 2016. U hoeft zich geen zorgen te maken over eventuele lakens of hoezen omdat we veel van die in de accommodatie aanbieden.

Na veelbewogen dagen is het slechts een korte weg van de kamer Napels naar onze veranda, vanwaar u een prachtig uitzicht heeft door de tropische tuin.

Nice Place for a 2 week stay

The kitchen was well equipped for eating at home. Lots of places to eat nearby if you wanted to eat out. Bed was comfortable. Area was safe and quiet. It would be nice to have had a place to put my clothes other than my suitcase. I would definitely rent it again.

Fantastic Location

My husband and I stayed at the Studio Naples for 28 days. We were pleasantly surprised by how great the whole experience was. The home is older, but maintained very well. The beautiful swimming pool is kept clean and very warm. It was never over-crowded so made lounging by the pool very peaceful. We love to walk. We would walk a 3-1/2 mile loop every morning down along the Caloosahatchee River and then would walk back downtown in the evening for dinner to one of the many great restaurants to choose from. It was easy for us to get 15,000 steps a day and we are both in our sixties. The house had everything we needed, from beach towels, blender, toaster, extra sheets, etc. All staff, from the cleaning ladies, property manager, Marlene (sp), to Maintenance man, Ryan, were all so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed sitting on the big front porch in the evenings enjoying a drink for Happy Hour. We loved our trip so much we have re-booked at Barra Villa's for next year.

We selected this property because it was close to friends we were visiting in the area and the pool. From the moment we entered the unit we were delighted. The unit was as described and the TV streaming service suited our needs. We loved the area and close walking distance to restaurants and the downtown area. The pool was refreshing and private. Another plus was the free laundry. Only negatives would be the bed was uncomfortable and the outside of the house needs some work. We would definitely stay here again.
