Location was great! Owner was great to work with and worked hard at the last minute to get us in a night early, which we really appreciated! Pool area was nice and clean (though a bit chilly to swim especially in the evenings when sun isnt in the lanai since its not heated). Beautiful view of golf course with friendly golfers. Garage also had a beach wagon, chairs, and two unbrellas which was a great touch!

We had an overall good stay, and the home looked as it did in the listing photos. The owner was very responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns, which we really appreciated.There were a few issues during our stay worth noting. The pool was green upon arrival, with visible algae on the bottom. It did take a few days to clear up after the pool company came out, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy it right away. Additionally, the listing showed four pool loungers, but there were only two available.Inside the home, the patio door was very difficult to open, and the grout near the door was completely missing. This made the floor uneven and somewhat unsafe, especially under and around the carpet in that area. There were also quite a few stains on the carpets throughout the home.

Unfortunately, we found this house to be dirty and in need of major updating. We hate to leave a negative review, but the house is in very poor condition, and probably shouldn't be rented until the owners can make improvements. We found roaches in the kitchen, filthy carpets, unwashed towels (one even had fresh makeup on it), food crumbs in the microwave, coffee splattered on the kitchen drawers, hair in the shower, a torn and moldy shower curtain...the list goes on. In addition to the basic uncleanliness, the house is simply worn down and needs major repairs. The owners have placed area rugs over the stained wall-to-wall carpeting, which creates tripping hazards. The overhead lights in the kitchen flicker. The mirrored living room wall is cracked and held together with tape. The towels and sheets are old and dingy. The kitchen is equipped with old, mis-matched cookware and tableware. The furniture is old and shabby (dirty placemats were placed on bedside tables to cover stained and worn surfaces). We didn't bother contacting the owners to remedy the situation because it wasn't realistic to ask them to come make major renovations during our one-week stay. We just washed everything before using, and made the best of it. This house is suitable for college kids on spring break, but not for people who enjoy a higher standard of vacation rental.

The house was not what we expected. I normally don’t leave reviews. I feel compelled to pass along my honest thoughts. Couple of things that were immediately apparent to us. The house smelled. It had an odor that is hard to define. I will simply describe it as “not pleasant”. The house was not immediately noticeable as dirty, but it was not clean. The carpet had stains and rugs covered broken floor tiles. I suspect most of the smell came from the carpets. It was dated and had tape holding together a broken mirrored wall. Honestly, we have no idea how this place has some of the “great” review it has? We re not super hard to please people. This place was just dated, smelly, and not clean. I know this will most likely offend the owners but I’m being honest. The home needs a complete overhaul and it will be a gem. Great neighborhood. Great pool. Great time to start planning a renovation.

Before the stay, the host responded to my questions about the property in a timely manner. The pool looked inviting, I didn't go in because weather was too cold for me. However, a few did and they enjoyed it. We did eat some meals and relaxed on the patio. Lovely day, just watching the golfers.

Very enjoyable stay. Michael was great with communicating promptly and when we told him we would be arriving after midnight, he left a few lights on so we were not fumbling in the dark. Small gesture, but made a huge difference after traveling for 15 hours that day. The house was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable!! We were very impressed with how clean everything was. Peaceful Tropical Getaway

My family and I really enjoyed spending the weekend at this beautiful home. It was clean and comfortable in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed gathering outside by the pool and inside on the comfortable sofas. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. Check in and out was a breeze. Great location close to grocery stores, restaurants and beaches. Less than 30 minutes from the airport. So happy we found this home. Will stay here again!

We drove down to Fort Myers for a few days vacation an loved the house. VERY well upkept and in a great neighborhood. Easy check in/Check out and felt very comfortable there. Would and probably will stay again when we take another trip down!
