Ruime 4 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers thuis op Thunderbird Lake, Cape Coral, Florida. Geschikt voor 8 personen comfortabel.

Ons huis beschikt over een prachtig overloopzwembad dat overloopt in een zoutwatermeer. Uw huur omvat het gebruik van een 20 voet orkaan motorboot met 115 PK buitenboordmotor voor fantastische avonturen in het meer, kanalen, rivier en de Golf van Mexico. Zoek naar de speelse dolfijnen die achter je kielzog zitten, verlegen zeekoeien en unieke Florida-vogelsoorten terwijl je geniet van de vele kanalen en waterwegen. De vereiste boottoeslag wordt vermeld als een extra onder eigendomsrechten. Volledige bootoriëntatie zal worden verstrekt. Bootverhuur in de omgeving is ongeveer $ 1200, wat het gebruik van de boot een grote meerwaarde maakt!

Cape Escape heeft een grote 47-inch lcd-tv met kabelkanalen en een dvd-speler. Er zijn 4 televisies door het hele huis. Draadloos breedbandinternet is ook beschikbaar. De keuken is uitgerust met de gebruikelijke keukenapparatuur, vaatwasser, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat en Keurig. Geniet 's ochtends van een kopje koffie terwijl je de zon ziet opkomen boven Thunderbird Lake. Plafondventilatoren en centrale airconditioning overal bieden een comfortabel uitstel van de zon. De master suite beschikt over een grote en-suite badkamer met een bubbelbad, aparte douche, dubbele wastafel en inloopkast. Schuifdeuren naar de Lanai bieden een prachtig uitzicht op het zwembad en het meer en bieden gemakkelijke toegang tot het zwembad voor een ochtendzwembad. Hoge stoel, beddengoed en bad / zwembad handdoeken zijn aanwezig.

Spent a week at this wonderful property with 5 other family members this past May. There was plenty of room for all of us without feeling like we were stepping all over each other. The house was clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the pool and cruising around the canals on the included boat. There are not a lot of properties that include a boat so that was our favorite amenity. Communication with the host, local property management team and the boat captain (provided instructional boating class) was timely and efficient. We also really enjoyed the family of burrowing owls in the neighbors front yard. The community was quiet and there lots of fantastic restaurants nearby. Fort Meyers Beach and Sanibel Island were just a short drive away and absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was lovely, exactly as it looked on VRBO. When we arrived it was spotlessly clean with everything you could want for a lovely holiday. The outside lanai and furniture was comfy and the views from the infinity pool could not be beaten. We had a lesson from the captain the morning after we arrived which really helped us make good use of the boat…. We had a great time on the boat and saw Dolphins every time we went out. We definitely hope to return to this lovely home some time soon

Great house with beautiful views in the backyard pool area. House has alot of amenities for college age kids to have a blast. Boat option is very cool & a lot of areas to visit on the water.

As a family of four, both adults and children had plenty to do at the house. House was very clean upon arrival. House is as advertised. The host was very helpful and responsive. We are seasoned boaters but the session with the captain was well worth it, to learn the local knowledge. Neighborhood was very quiet. Would definitely go back.

Property was excellent for 2 adults and 6 teen girls! Pool and patio were beautiful. Beautiful view. Boat was great and so much fun to go watch dolphins or just take a canal/lake cruise. Close to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. Great game room area for all!

When entering this home, we immediately felt at home. Communication with the host was great, and Jim was quick to reply. Our adult children joined us for the week and they were never bored, from Wii (brought all the nostalgia feels for my family as they grew up with it), ping pong, pool table, arcade, outdoor space with the pool and dock area. Captain Brian was great in teaching us how to use the boat and accessing the channels. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and the amenities it had to offer and hope to visit again! It was a great vacation for our family, thank you.

We had a great stay in Cape Coral! This was our second time at the property. Unfortunately, we had boat issues this trip that hindered us being able to use the boat to its fullest, but we had a good time nonetheless. Jim is excellent to work with!

Great time! 7 of us enjoyed the home. Had great fun in the pool! Kitchen, all was.wonderful! Quiet neighborhood; easy in and out to major road/nice restaurants Bimini-just this side of the Sanibel Causeway; lobster lady in Cape Coral; Doc Fords on Sanibel —all were great!

We had an amazing stay at this home over Memorial Day Weekend. The home was just as advertised and was more than enough room for the 6 of us. Check in/out was seamless and communication with the owner was quick and easy. The pool was perfect with plenty of outdoor space. We also had a few great days on the boat which was a huge bonus. time with my family is the thing I cherish the most. my daughter chose a place that was warm, had a boat and had a pool. we ate outside, swam from morning til night. we did two long days on the boat and saw dolphins and manatees as well as many birds. the kitchen is large and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms. the owner was responsive and helpful

Just an overall wonderful home! Loved watching the fish jump in the evening and was able to enjoy the pool everyday. The house is quite spacious! Very nice layout and lots of windows overlooking the pool and water, which was so relaxing. The neighborhood is also very quiet, which was ideal for us. Would definitely love to stay again some time!

My husband, myself and our 3 kids (17,19,22) stayed here on a much needed getaway. The house literally had everything we needed. The infinity pool facing the lake was fabulous! The morning and evening views of the lake were breathtaking. We did a fishing trip and a SUP trip which were only 25 minutes from the house. We loved that there was lots of restaurant, nature walks and beaches in close proximity of the house. The only thing that i didnt like was the bites from the no seeum bugs and the ants. But it is a tropical climate. We would definitely stay again. Oh, and the owner Jim was absolutely wonderful to email with!! We did take a drive to Sanibel island and Ft Meyers. The devastation from hurricane Ian was heart wrenching to see. It humbles you to see the raw power wind and rain have.

PERFECT house for our annual family vacation. Walking in from the front door to a view of the infinity pool looking directly out onto Thunderbird Lake is stunning! The house is open but still private in the right places. The property is well maintained and very clean. Having garage access was a great convenience! The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with a few homes awaiting minor repairs from ‘Ian’ damage - mainly roofing. Being there in early August, it felt as though we had the lake all to ourselves! Captain Kelly provided our boating instructions and he was informative, thorough, and easy to talk to — he clearly loves his job! We took the boat out through the canals to open water several times during our stay, and that was an awesome bonus! It was incredibly hot, with record-breaking temperatures, but the pool was the perfect remedy!! The pool was very clean and bug-free - thanks to a couple adorable little gecko regulars hanging out on the outer screen! When we weren’t in the pool, we were inside playing “single-paddle-double” ping pong (a must-try!). We found some excellent places to eat including Masala Mantra, Keke’s Breakfast Cafe, Doc Ford’s Rum Bar & Grille on Sanibel Island, and Rincon Cubana (doordashed). We went to Bowmans Beach on Sanibel Island and also visited Camelot Park where we saw several Burrowing Owls nests. We spent our last night taking a Sunset Dolphin Tour out of Ft. Myers. Best vacation house so far - highly recommend!!

We just returned from a week this property in beautiful Cape Coral. The house was just like it looked like online and had everything we needed for a week with family and friends. It was a great location and close to beaches and restaurants in town. We were able to go out on the boat almost every day which was the best part of our vacation. The property owner was very quick to respond to any questions or issues that we had, and we would definitely love to return and stay here again. Would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in this area.

My husband and I stayed here with our adult daughter at the end of May. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The home is absolutely beautiful! Everything we could have imagined was furnished. Our daughter enjoyed fishing off the dock. We also enjoyed the use of the boat (Captain Kelly was an awesome guide) and paddle boards. We were there over Memorial weekend and the lake wasn't crowded/busy at all. It was very peaceful hanging out by the pool. It rained a couple of evenings so we took advantage of the pool table, ping pong table, arcade machine, and Wii. Jim was an excellent host! He contacted me a couple of days before our stay to answer any questions we may have had and he responded right away if I had a question while we were there. I can't recommend this place enough. We would definitely stay here again!!
