Luxe villa op een toplocatie met een extra groot zwembad en bubbelbad

Luxe villa in Cape Coral Florida met 4 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers en vele extra's. Gelegen aan een van de acht meren in het ZW van Cape Coral met toegang tot de rivier. Groot randloos zwembad met een groot strand en met overloop en spa. Luxerioes ingericht met alle voorzieningen en een spectaculair uitzicht. Twee master suites, een op de eerste verdieping met een balkon en een fantastisch uitzicht over het meer en de tweede grote suite bevindt zich op de begane grond met een extra grote badkamer en tv in de slaapkamer en badkamer. Er is een groot zonneterras met ligstoelen en een aanlegsteiger en lift - buiten is er een grote tafel en 8 stoelen en een mooie buitenkeuken. Een boot kan ook worden gehuurd. Met de boot kun je vanuit het huis naar de prachtige stranden van Sanibel Island en Captiva gaan.
Het huis is volledig ingericht met in totaal 4 slaapkamers, waarvan 3 met een eigen badkamer. Strandhanddoeken en strandstoelen, parasols, koelboxen etc. alles is aanwezig - evenals een hengel.
Een groot waterpark ligt op slechts 10 minuten afstand en het kleine strand van Cape Coral met het restaurant 'Boatshouse' kan in 8 minuten met de auto of met de fiets worden bereikt.

Elektriciteit van meer dan $ 25 per week wordt in mindering gebracht op de borg.

Beautiful Home

This house was gorgeous and the views were priceless. The home was clean and comfortable. I reached out to the property manager regarding an issue with the A/C and he responded promptly. A/C technicians showed up within the hour and resolved the issue. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and kayaking. The outdoor kitchen was beautiful and we also enjoyed the grill. We'd love to come back to this house in the future.

Great house for a girls’ trip

This is a large home with a beautiful infinity pool and a nice view. It was very clean and well stocked. The owners were responsive to our questions. Close to groceries, coffee, and restaurants. About an hour’s drive to Sanibel/Captiva’s lovely beaches. Would have loved to use the kayaks, but they were not easily accessible to getting them in and out of the water.

Amazing Home

This home is beautiful with unbeatable views. Fishing off the dock was great, and we even got to see a manatee and sting rays swim by. Perfect Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home - it was perfect for our family. The area is very peaceful and quiet, so you can float in the pool peacefully all day long. We loved the pool and the hot tub! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were all as comfy as could be. Everyone had their own bed and bathroom, so no family squabbles necessary. My husband enjoyed kayaking around the lake several times. I was happy to just float in the pool. Highly recommend this lovely property!

This was just the perfect place for my family to gather. The house was so clean, well stocked, and very comfortable, but the outside is where you’ll be! Beautiful pool, plenty of lounge chairs and a great grilling area. Can’t think of one negative!

My mom, dad, brother and I stayed for 5 days. The house is incredible and so perfect for days at the pool. With the outside television, grill and view we couldn’t have asked for anything better!! Highly recommend!!

Great introduction to US Villa vacations

This was our first villa stay in the US and it definitely won't be our last! Obviously Florida is very hot and humid at this time of year so we didn't really utilise the 'open aspect' of the villa - kept all of the external patio doors etc firmly closed :) but this was expected and didn't detract from our experience. The pool and aspect to the lake was beautiful, calming and extremely quiet, which I loved. We were in the car and travelling around most days - everything is within easy access, Sanibel (check what you want to do before leaving as they are still in recovery from the devastation caused/hurricane in 2022), airboat rides, mall visits, restaurants, beach, fishing. One thing I would say is that the villa bikes aren't safe to use (require a good MOT) we hired really good cycles from Cape Coral Cycling LLC $95 for week + delivery & pick up $30 - the bike lanes make this a must - be sure to visit Rotary Park! We were not bored at all in our 2 week stay - there was so much to do and see, balanced beautifully with the calm relaxing situation of the villa itself. The Villa had absolutely everything that we could want to make our stay comfortable and when we had a couple of initial questions (usual teething issues about how things work) Sid's responses were always informative and extremely quick! We were advised that there might be some dock work completed on 1 day of our holiday but if it happened, we didn't notice. Great stay & would recommend!

Just completed our weeklong getaway at this Gem.

Our usual vacation spots are St. Petersburg, Indian Rocks & Clear Water area. But couldn’t resist this luxury villa for literally half the cost. Just 30 min from RSW airport and minutes away from excellent dining, coffee, breakfast, entertainment, marina, boat rentals, etc. Fort Myers beach area is pretty much still in recovery mode from hurricane Ian. So we took the 50 min drive down to Naples beach and a 1.5 hour drive up to Siesta Beach, both of which were spectacular. Well worth the drive! As for the property, pictures speak for themselves. Super clean, has all the amenities you need for your stay. Pool, one of the best we ever had (lots of floats and noodles). Lake was super clean, fishing poles (some were broken), bait buckets, net and tons of small catfish, snapper, caught right off the dock. 4 kayaks with life vests which we took out daily to watch the sunset. It was too hot to bike but 3 area available. Bottom line, you can’t go wrong in this Cape Coral villa… Loved it!

Overall property is of good standard and as advertised. Only negative comment is that when we arrived the roof looked as if it was being done, which did concern us if there would be workmen at the property during our stay. However there was not so it didn’t effect our stay but it would have been nice to have been told about the work before we arrived.

Great location. Had some contractors at the house while we were there, doing some work on the dock, but can be expected after such a big storm. Only wished some of the info had been communicated to us before they showed up, but it all worked out. We enjoyed our stay.
