Mooie villa met 4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers aan het water met zwembad en twee master suites.
De perfecte locatie.

Ontspan in deze prachtige en zorgvuldig onderhouden 2500 sf. huis gelegen op een van de mooiste en meest prestigieuze straten in Cape Coral, Savona Parkway.
De woonkamer heeft een verbazingwekkende open plattegrond met 4 ruime slaapkamers (2 koningen en 2 koninginnen) die allemaal hun eigen flatscreen-televisies en overal wifi hebben. De eerste slaapkamer heeft een ADA uitgerust grote inloopdouche, 2 persoons bad en dubbele wastafel. Huis heeft ook 2e ruime master suite met toegang tot het zwembad.
De glazen openslaande openslaande deuren openen naar een prachtig afgeschermd in Lanai gebied waar u kunt ontspannen in het verbazingwekkende verwarmde zwembad met een waterval met uitzicht op de gracht. De volledig uitgeruste keuken is voorzien van alle roestvrijstalen apparaten, granieten werkbladen en een grote ontbijttafel. De eigen aanlegsteiger en het directe golfkanaal geven per boot toegang tot de rivier de Caloosahatchee in slechts 5 minuten. Als u ervoor kiest om een boot te huren, kunt u een dag in de zon naar Sanibel of Captiva Islands varen. Als u graag uw eigen maaltijden bereidt, kunt u uw eigen verse vis vangen vanaf uw eigen aanlegsteiger op slechts een steenworp afstand van de keuken.
Dit huis is gunstig gelegen in een rustige buurt op vijf minuten van de jachtclub Marina en het strand. Meerdere restaurants, supermarkten, bioscopen en winkelcentra liggen op slechts een paar minuten afstand, sommige zelfs op loopafstand!

The neighborhood was quiet and quaint, exactly what we were hoping for.One of the standout features was the pool, it was clean, well-maintained, and the kids had an absolute blast spending hours in it every day. It truly made our vacation extra special.We couldn’t have asked for a better place and are already looking forward to coming back soon. Family home perfect for a vacation

This house was by far the best we’ve stayed in over our years visiting Cape Coral. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Also several beach chairs, coolers, and fishing rods. These owners have thought of everything.

Perfect Waterfront Getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this modern waterfront home! I stayed with my parents and my sister’s family; it was the perfect setup for a relaxing getaway. The open-concept design with fully retractable glass sliders made the indoor-outdoor living experience incredible—especially with the heated pool right in the backyard. The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool, and we even caught a few fish in the canal behind the house! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at home, and the property manager was very responsive whenever we had a question. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making our stay even more stress-free. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-maintained home with quick Gulf access, a great pool, and all the comforts of home, this is the place! We would absolutely stay here again.

Cape Coral Fall Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Cape Coral property. The house and amenities made us feel right at home. Paula and Brian were excellent in keeping us informed regarding the property conditions after the recent hurricane and Petra was very welcoming during check-in. The house was the perfect size for our group of 6 adults and an infant. The kitchen was excellent for our meals and daily activities and the pool was wonderful. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to vacation in the Cape Coral area. We will definitely favorite this property for future stays.

Florida in July!!

Property was just as advertised and we all enjoyed our visit immensely. Florida in July is an opportunity to really cleanse your pores, but this property helped ease that process! Well stocked with all you need for a family vacation. Great location within short driving distances to all stores. Fort Meyers beach is about 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic so very doable. If you want to make the drive to Sanibel or Captiva that adds another 15-30 minutes depending on where you want to stop. They had beach chairs, small umbrella and a couple of small coolers to make that experience possible remotely. Pool floaties and some inflatable toys also for a good pool experience. Communication was straight forward and detailed.

Beautiful welcoming property!

This was our second time staying at this same property. It was JUST as wonderful this year as it was the first time. It is gorgeous inside and out. I was amazed by the cleanliness of both the inside of the house as well as the yard and the pool and pool area. Very spacious home, and while the pictures show exactly what the rooms look like, it feels larger in person. The location of the home is near grocery stores, restaurants and shopping, but tucked back in a quiet friendly neighborhood. Linens and towels felt new and higher end. The house had floats and pool noodles , fishing rods and bicycles. Property manager was very quick to respond to the one question I had this time. We loved this home and we cannot wait to come back!

Best house yet!

We have been staying in Cape Coral for at least a month at a time for 14 years. We have stayed in many nice house and some that were not so nice. This house was the nicest house we have rented! It is in the Savona neighborhood - our favorite. It was the most well equipped kitchen we have ever seen. We cook in most all of our meals, so we appreciate a nicely appointed kitchen. The bedding was lovely - sheets felt new, towels were nice, also felt new. Plenty of beach towels. All the appliances worked as expected. Good supply of necessities to get us started. The property management team was superior. Small problems were resolved immediately. Only complaint was that the 'beach chairs' were old and rusty. Not really low beach chairs, but more like lawn chairs. But plenty of 'pool toys' noodles and rafts. We cannot say enough about this house. You won't regret renting this beautiful home.

We had a great stay in a beautiful home in Cape Coral with pool, plenty of space, and amenities for everyone! The owners provided an immaculate 4 bedroom home and well furnished with everything we needed for a 3 week stay! The property manager was so accommodating and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Nice Clean Home

Great location. Home was clean. Check in process was easy. The property maintenance company was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. There were six adults in our party. Gorgeous Home!

We stayed at this home for 5 days at the end of April. It was by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in! The house is very spacious and well laid out. Being able to go right out to the lanai with food through the full wall of sliders directly off the kitchen, as well as having full view of the pool from the kitchen was perfect with older kids. The house is advertised as 3 bedroom (due to a lack of closet in 4th room) but there are 4 bedrooms much to our surprise! We didn't even set foot in there since we only needed 3, but it was good to know for the future when we visit again. The kitchen is well stocked with every pan and pot you may need as well as waffle makers, blenders etc! The furnishings are beautiful and modern and the size of the rooms FAR exceeded our expectations, beds were comfortable and the bedding was very nice. Having YouTube TV being provided was much appreciated because we visited during NBA and NHL playoff week and we appreciated being able to tune in at night :) The pool was clean and there is plenty of seating available out on the lanai. We took advantage of the two bikes a few times and rode around the neighborhood and it was nice to have them there. We needed to reach the property manager while we were there to ask for her to bring a couple trash bags when she came for check out since there were no spares, and she responded quickly and was so informative and helpful during the visit. We just loved this house, and the property and are hoping to come back next April again.
