Dit Gulf Access huis is de ultieme vakantie thuis voor de entertainer en schipper. De oversized gescreende Lanai is voorzien van een verwarmd zwembad, een bubbelbad, een eethoek en een ligweide met 4 ligstoelen. Een geweldige plek om de hele dag van de zon in Florida te genieten!

Loop naar het privédok om te vissen of neem uw boot mee op een avontuur naar Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel en verder! Met de boot, de Golf van Mexico ligt op slechts 10 minuten afstand! Er zijn fietsen om de omgeving te verkennen en 2 kajaks om rond de grachten te peddelen. We zijn ook dicht bij golf, geweldige restaurants, winkels en outlet malls.

Aan het einde van de dag is de beste plaats om in Cape Coral te zijn, hier bij het zwembad op uw privé Lanai, nippend aan een drankje, een biefstuk te grillen en verse zeevruchten uit Zuid-Florida te proeven.

Het huis heeft een zeer open plattegrond met ruime, licht gevulde kamers. De grote woon / eetkamer biedt een comfortabele verzamelplaats voor uw hele groep om 's avonds films te kijken of om de kinderen in het zwembad en de hot tub te zien spelen.

De grote slaapkamer suite beschikt over een kingsize bed in kuststijl, grote kast, tv met Netflix en lokale zenders en een badkamer. Net buiten de hoofdslaapkamer is een privé-buiten-oefen- / trainingsruimte die leidt naar het zwembad en de Lanai.

Aan de andere kant van het huis twee gast slaapkamers voorzien van kingsize bedden met tv's in elke kamer en de vierde slaapkamer heeft twee aparte bedden.

Wonderful with update requirement

The house is absolutely fantastic! Clean, modern, large, great layout and a great location! (The beach is 5 minutes away by car)The rooms are clean and large, the open kitchen and living room are bright and inviting and you look directly onto the pool when you enter the house! Really great! In addition, the rental went really well and the agency responded quickly and courteously!An absolute recommendation! The only thing to note is that the outdoor area is quite old and broken, many tiles are broken, the whirlpool has no more tiles at the top and the joints of the tiles are unfortunately also very broken and black, there is a need for action here! Otherwise everything works and the pool is large and clean!We would definitely come back!!!

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Schwächen

Der Check-In lief reibungslos und alles war vorbereitet. Die Ventilatoren liefen, die AC war an und alles war für unseren Aufenthalt vorbereitet.Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, gut geschnitten und bietet viel Platz. Küche und Pool sind sehr großzügig und gepflegt.Die „Schwächen“, die zu „nur“ vier Sternen geführt hat:1. Beide Gasflachen waren leer bevor wir ankamen. Anscheinend wurden diese nicht ausgetauscht bzw. überprüft nachdem die Vorgänger das Haus verlassen haben.2. Es gibt zwar drei Kanus aber nur zwei Paddel. Ein Kanu ist eigentlich nicht nutzbar - passt also wieder zu den zwei Paddeln.3. Ein kleiner Tresor für Pässe, Bargeld und einen Laptop wäre sehr wünschenswert gewesen. 4. Ein Sichtschutz an der Haustür wäre schön, damit man von der Straße nicht durchs ganze Haus schauen kann.5. Der Anleger am Kanal könnte sicherer gemacht werden, wenn die rostigen Schrauben entfernt werden würden.Dennoch ist es wirklich ein schönes Haus und wir würden wieder hinfahren, da wir uns wohlgefühlt haben.

We have family in Cape Coral so it was a wonderful reunion. Great bay access, kayaks and bikes. Everyone loved the hot tub. We had a couple of very small problems that Tony took care of ASAP even though it was Christmas week.

Perfect stay

House was clean. We had 6 people and the place was big enough and didn’t feel like we were crowded. Nice having 3 full bathrooms. The only thing was there are not too many towels if you have more people, so felt like we did towel laundry more often. Would definitely stay again. Great area.

Great Vacation!

The house was great over all! Plenty of room for three families to create core memories while spending a week in the Cape Coral area! There were a ton of great things about the house but some of the most notable would be: - plenty of dishes/cups/cookware - extra blankets and linens - pool area is awesome! - Lots of outdoor seating Only one negative is that there that could have been more towels provided for both the pool and showering.

Beautiful property in a very quiet area. Huge pool with comfortable outside seating. All equipment there for a very relaxing stay including beach chairs and cool box but no parasol so we bought one and left it for others to use during their stay. Overall a fantastic stay in a great property in a great location. Would highly recommend for couples or families.

The house was great and clean but we had to contact the property numerous times about the pool and hot tub not working properly. Some of the extra amenities advertised were also not as expected. Ie fishing gear was in disarray, kayaks in poor condition and missing paddles.

Exactly what we hoped for

This was our first stay here and in this area. Beautiful neighborhood with the canal right out side amazing surroundings make for a comfortable pool side days. Everything was beyond stocked which was a first usually you need to “make do” or run for essentials and buy unnecessary things to cook with there was everything including spices and dish tabs. Home was clean and tidy felt very comfortable did not Want to leave will be back

The house was fantastic. Great layout, well stocked, wonderful location! The house had everything we needed, pleasant decor, everything was clean and nice. Freshly remodeled and tons of storage. The pool is huge. Sadly the hot tub was out of order, but nonetheless we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house and plan to stay here again. The property manager was easy to communicate with. Easy checkin an checkout.

Wonderful stay!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The pool is big and the lanai has plenty of seating. The home is well stocked and very comfortable furniture and beds. The property is on a nice quiet street and the canal makes it extra peaceful. We’ll be back for sure!!

Very nice home in hood location convenient to everything but on quiet street. Nice open living space but split floor plan for privacy. Only complaint was advertised with hot tub and it was nit in working order entire tome we were there. Emailed the company asking when it would be repaired…. No response.

Great patio and pool

Everything was clean and comfortable! The pool is huge and the kids played for hours and hours each day. The kayaks were a great bonus as well. The bikes aren’t in the best shape but provided hours of entertainment for the kids riding up and down the court. Kitchen was clean and modern and it was nice some spices were included. Very convenient to Cape Coral restaurants and the small beach as well. We loved it!
