Welkom in ons kleine paradijs in Florida!

Kom en geniet van enkele magische dagen in ons Barra Villa Resort, dat bekend staat om hun verfijnde en speelse sfeer. Het resort bestaat uit in totaal 8 mooie appartementen en studio's met een centraal, groot zwembad en achtertuinen die de mogelijkheid bieden om te ontspannen, mensen te ontmoeten en een barbecue te organiseren (gas niet inbegrepen).

Gelukkig dat we dit schattige huis hebben gevonden en gekocht!

Het huis II bestaat uit 3 eenheden: het "appartement Pelican", het "appartement Flamingo" en de "Studio Turtle".

Elke accommodatie heeft een eigen ingang en een eigen badkamer, keuken en woon- / slaapgedeelte. Desgewenst kunnen we het appartement Flamingo en de Studio Turtle verbinden met één groot appartement dat ruimte biedt aan maximaal 5 volwassenen.

De gemeenschappelijke buitenruimte biedt een gasgrill en veel verschillende zitmogelijkheden.

Als u ons dit vroeg laat weten, is het ook mogelijk om de hele Villa Barra II of het hele resort te huren.

maritiem ontworpen 1-BR accommodatie - dagbed voor een derde persoon in de woonkeuken - volledig nieuw ontworpen douchebad (te betreden vanuit de slaapkamer) - goed uitgerust aanrecht met alle benodigde servies

U zult blij zijn met de strandatmosfeer in ons appartement Flamingo.

Het appartement verwelkomt u met verschillende tinten blauw en geeft u het gevoel dat u zich op een warm en zonnig strand bevindt. De goed uitgeruste woonkeuken met een eettafel heeft ook een flatscreen-tv en een dagbed dat een geschikte slaapmogelijkheid is voor een derde persoon, indien nodig.

De kast in de lichte slaapkamer biedt voldoende ruimte voor uw vakantiekleding en voor nieuw gekochte vakantieherinneringen.

Vanuit de slaapkamer, die is uitgerust met een queensize bed, heeft u toegang tot het douchebad dat volledig is gerenoveerd en gescheiden door een schuifdeur. Handdoeken en beddengoed zijn vanzelfsprekend onderdeel van de uitrusting van het Appartement Flamingo.

Amazing / Peaceful Stay

Everything was perfect & as described. The location is nice (very close to downtown), but peaceful. A bit of a drive to the beach but it didn’t change our experience! Would definitely stay again. Very communicative, accommodating hosts as well.

Restaurants and downtown very walkable. We split the entire house with friends and family. Loved that Turtle and Flamingo could be opened with a connecting door. Bedroom could use more lighting and a dresser for clothes storage as we were there for a week. Will definately stay here again.

Perfect for a quick getaway, including all amenities one may need. A bit smaller of a shower than expected but clean. Bit of a musty smell from old air conditioning system so we didn’t use it because it was actually cold for the season!

Just enough

We were in town for a baseball tournament and just wanted a comfortable bed, a cold drink and a quiet evening after a long hot day at the fields. The Flamingo was exactly that. Small but clean and comfortable, exactly as pictured. Very close to Publix and restaurants and not far from the fields. It was just enough.

Nice little apartment

I was contacted with all of the information I needed to check in very quickly. This is a great and safe neighborhood with a Publix near by. There is also a cute little breakfast and lunch cafe that has really good food and prices. It takes about 30-40 minutes to the beach from here. There is enough towels and kitchen supplies for two people. Bath towels and hand towels are provided but bring your own beach towels. A fresh sponge and dish detergent is provided to clean dishes. There is an electric stove and pots and pans for cooking. Only one ice try in the freezer. Cute little kitchen table and great maritime decoration theme. Because of the weather, we didn’t get to try out the pool. Couple things could be improved: In order to get in and out of the house you need a key located in a combination box by the front door. It was a little tricky and outdated. A newer combination lock door with a code would have been better so there is no key to keep track of. The window air conditioner was loud and didn’t cool very well. Only one TV in the kitchen and very small. It was very difficult carrying luggage and trying to keep the screen porch open. A door with a way to keep it open would be good and less likely to tear it up. My biggest suggestion is inside locks. Two females traveling, I would have felt much better with a way to lock the doors from the inside on the front door and the connecting door. Keys are easy to duplicate and this addition would make your guests feel safer.

Terrific two weeks

Baseball Trip

The unit was simple, but just what I needed as I was by myself in Ft. Myers to play in a baseball tournament. A bathroom, comfy bed, refrigerator, table, and TV were enough to make my stay a pleasant one.

Pleasant stay in Fort Myers

We were very pleased with the location. Walkable to downtown and very close to Publix, but street was quiet with very little traffic. Pool was also a great feature— quite large with nice lounge chairs. Bed was also very comfortable.

Best post Retirement decision ever!!

Everything was exactly as described! The apartment was clean and move in ready. I was unpacked and ready to relax within an hour. The interior was set up for ease of use and had everything needed except for food - of which I was aware. Shopping for anything was nearby. The outdoor pool is beautiful - very clean and also ready to use. The owner, Marco, stopped by to make sure I had everything I needed. He is so sweet and I could tell speaking with him that the place was set up with TLC - Tender Loving Care!! The available laundry room completed the perfect experience as I was able quickly prepare for my next trip ... but sadly because I was going to be leaving this wonderful place. This was the perfect choice to begin relaxing and enjoying my new life as a full time retiree! I look forward to returning next year!
