'Room and all surrounding areas were very clean. The staff was so kind and so friendly. It is in an amazing location and some very good choices for food right in the shopping plaza. '

'The ceiling was peeling and falling down on the floor along with the cobb webs on the headboard. i had to call the front desk to have housekeeping come. They didn't do a good job with snow removal from the storm and parking was limited people had to park all over the place. This motel excepts pets there was dog poop all around the side walk etc. When i booked the room it was stated that they had internet i asked to use the computer and was told it doesnt work'

'The room had smudge on bathroom walls, smells like weed, and there was no cleaning during my stay. Additionally, the lighting outside at night does not feel safe considering the locals that are hanging around. The water temp was fine and air conditioning was good but it did not feel safe to leave the room. '

'The elevator was broken on the side where my room was. The bed was really hard. The parking was terrible. We rode around for an hour waiting for someone to come out but ended up parking on the side of the ramp. '

'We were surprised to find out upon our arrival that parking was not included in our stay. Apparently the lot is owned by an outside entity. Our room was fairly clean and comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.'

'When I checked in at 7 pm there was no one at the reception desk and I had to wait 15 for someone to arrive. The parking directions he provided were very complicated. The coffee shop had an extremely limited menu and hours and the staff was frequently unavailable for about 10 minutes.'

'The staff was top tier, and the check-in process was amazing. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my room was not very clean. The shower still had dirt from the previous occupant. I didn’t complain because it was late at night and I was exhausted, so I just cleaned it myself. My room was also located next to the elevator and ice machine, but surprisingly I didn’t notice much noise at all. It was actually very quiet.'
