'If your going to Fort Davis, Texas you probably are going for the observatory. Mark’s property was super convenient for this. We enjoyed the late night Star party and the night drive back was easy. House is clean and furnished nicely. I’m glad I had my sleep mask as I like dark room; just note the Sun does come in through the shades. Their is a tasty store / Deli super close that we enjoyed. Great back patio area with fire pit was enjoyable . Very quite area . We always prefer private properties...

'We had a lovely several days visiting Fort Davis and enjoyed our stay at the Casa Hermosa. Communication with Matthew was clear and prompt. The house was very comfortable for two couples and we enjoyed some time out on the front porch. Very convenient for our trips to McDonald Observatory and Davis Mountain State Park. Would definitely stay again.'

'Casa Acero was amazing. It felt like home. The kitchen was stocked with seasonings and condiments. We cooked most nights and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard with wood burning it the outdoor stove. The furniture was very unique. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. 'This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Blue Agave and like the last 2 times it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Very comfortable cottage that is very well maintained. Really appreciate the owner letting us bring our dogs. Not too many place allow that in Fort Davis. We will return again. One concern was the lock box that the key was in. We got the key out just fine but we could get the key back in the lock box or reinsert the lock box. So I had to leave the key under the doormat when...
