    Mooi volledig gerenoveerd, eengezinswoning met 4 slaapkamers, eengezinswoning in het hart van Destin. Mooi stranddecor zal iedereen bevallen! Dit geweldige huis beschikt over vier slaapkamers, twee en een kwart baden en nog veel meer! Geschikt voor maximaal twaalf personen. Volledig uitgeruste keuken, wasfaciliteiten in cottage en een aparte eethoek.


    Deze gated Mainsail-gemeenschap biedt privé, Golfkust, wit zandstrand ... aan de Smaragdkust. Loop naar het strand - minder dan 100 meter met GEEN WEGEN NAAR CROSS. Inbegrepen zijn twee zwembaden (een verwarmd) met co-
    gelegen kinderpools. Strandservice voor twee (parasol en twee stoelen) wordt dagelijks zonder extra kosten verstrekt. Gunstig gelegen met toegang tot winkels, restaurants en entertainment allemaal op loopafstand. Rustig tijdens de wintermaanden voor een rustig uitje!

    AANVULLENDE HUURINFORMATIE:
    * Storting en betaling: $ 150 schoonmaakkosten worden ingehouden op aanbetaling na vertrek. $ 500 borg om uw gewenste tijd te blokkeren, volledige betaling uiterlijk 60 dagen voorafgaand aan de check-in of huurder verliest aanbetaling en tijd zal worden gedeblokkeerd. De aanbetaling wordt na het uitchecken gerestitueerd, behoudens materiële schade. Bij annulering worden de aanbetalingen verbeurd als de geblokkeerde datums niet opnieuw kunnen worden verhuurd. Bij annulering binnen 90 dagen worden alle bedragen verbeurd, tenzij u dezelfde week opnieuw kunt boeken. Alle annuleringen zijn onderworpen aan $ 200 annuleringskosten.

Great house with all the amenities of a condo (grills, pool, beach chairs etc). Short walk to the beach and a nice back patio. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was clean. Would recommend for a beach getaway!

Wonderful four bedroom home. Very spacious for the 6 of us (4 adults two children). Primary bath nicely updated with a beautiful walk-in shower. Kitchen fully stocked with just about any cookware/utensil you could need. Nice patio with plenty of seating. Conveniently located between the two pools and a short walk to the beach. This was our third time renting this home.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It is a nice house located very close to the beach. The living room, kitchen and dining area was spacious enough for us all. The air conditioner worked great, but was programmed to stay at 72 degrees. That temperature was okay for downstairs but was very uncomfortable upstairs. It made sleeping up there tough. There is a washer and dryer provided in the home, but the dryer took several cycles to actually get the clothes dry.

Awesome Location!

The Drake Cottage is super convenient to everything including the beach! However, it is away from the heavy congestion of downtown Destin. The cottage was a perfect fit for our family and the proximity to the beach was awesome.

Condo was as advertised. Short walk to beach. Very nice place and would book again. Master bedroom mattress downstairs not very comfortable, could benefit from a new one. Overall great place.

Hidden Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The location within the complex is ideal -- centrally located between two pools, sets of grills, and a close walk to the beach. The cottage had plenty of room for all of our adults, with comfortable beds and all of the amenities of home. We enjoyed evenings on the large back patio -- so peaceful and comfortable. We would definitely reserve this cottage again when visiting Miramar Beach.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful time here. The property was beautiful and the pool wasn’t overcrowded. The beach access was a very short walk and the beach service for chairs was great. Whitest, cleanest, softest sand we’ve ever seen. The house was perfect for us and had all the amenities as described. The owner was extremely responsive and respectful. Would definitely come back hand stay here.

Amazing Beach trip

The house was perfect for our family of 9. Beds were comfy, location was perfect, house was cozy. The only thing I would suggest is be ready to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, spices, trash bags, shampoo and soap. However, we would definitely return again!

The reason for my rating on price was due to constant construction that is ongoing at Mainsail that created disruption in getting from the home to the main pool and beach access. The movement of construction deliveries and debris pickup happened constantly during our week stay, 2nd week in June/2026 right next to the home. The unit offers no covered parking for you auto and the master bedroom closet is locked permanently as the owners closet. The host is very responsive and corrected an issue with the HVAC system with just one call. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk from the home. There is a beach wagon with the home that makes carry chairs a lot easier.

Couldn’t Ask for Better

Our family vacation went off without a hitch! The cottage was very spacious! We had plenty of room to spread out with our families. The beach was a very easy walk across the parking lot and didn’t have to worry about climbing/descending stairs at all, my parents greatly appreciated this! Location was perfect, close to all things food and shopping! And we couldn’t have asked for a better host! He was available within a very short amount of time to answer any questions we had! Thank you again for sharing your home with us! We hope to book again next year!

Location is key and this property hits the target. Short walk to the beach and shops needed such as Winn Dixie are right down the road. Chris was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Nothing negative to say about The Drake!

Great location and home

Very nice home with many updates. The master bathroom was very large and nice. The house was very close to beach as well as many places to shop. We Loved their was an Alvin’s Beach store and Dollar store within a 5 min walk, outlets were across the road. Also the kids loved how close Chick-fil-A was. When we go back to this area I would stay here again. The only problem was it was so beautiful we all got way to much sun.

Nice place, good value. Property owner was very responsive and flexible when we had a travel issue. We enjoyed that the complex had multiple pools, and we could walk to the beach without crossing a street.

Amazing!!

This house was perfect for our family! Lots of room for everyone. We were a party of 12. 6 adults, 2 teens and 4 kids. The kitchen is hands down the best stocked I’ve seen for a rental with everything you could need and more for meal preparation. Comfortable beds (soft but supportive) which is a big deal to us. Lovely furnishings and lots of towels for the house and beach. Wonderful location!!! The best lot on the resort. Private and quiet! Just under a 2 minute walk to the beach. Loved the perks of the lounge chairs and Umbrellas for sitting on the beach. There’s a good restaurant and bar just .6 miles west on the beach. Communication with Chris great and always was prompt when I had a question or concern. We all definitely felt at home and enjoyed our stay. Will be back!!
