'the images shown on the listing have the same layout as the apartment with a few differences. the neighborhood and home were nice, however, it was quite a distance to the beach. it’s about 6 minute walk to the pathway that arrives at the beach. it is however, pool side,though you have to walk around the building to get there. property manager however was very friendly and helpful. would recommend if you don’t mind the walk. overall would stay again'

'We loved the condo. It was more dated than the pictures, but it was perfect for us and roomy for 3 people. The property was beautiful as well. Again, more dated than the picture, but beautiful. The beach was better than we imagined, and the hot tub and pools were used every day. The only thing we didn't love was the traffic outside the resort. We rented bikes and our 12 yr. old with autism didn't like riding on the bike trail along that busy road, so we just drove the bikes to a different...

'Location was perfect, quick walk to the beach. Management company was very responsive with issues. House was old, not remodeled as advertised. Exterior - deck boards sticking up and loose. Fascia boards rotting and falling apart. Interior - cheap flooring not put in correctly, coming apart. Kitchen not up to date. Fresh paint and new furniture nice though.'

'Super place for us and our pup. The only reason we did not give 5 stars across the board was the shower did not drain and the shower valve would not give cool water. We notified the property management and i am sure they will fix. They were very responsive to us, answered the phone every time. We just didn’t want service to come while we were out due to pup. '

'The house was very clean when we arrived. It has all the amenities you and your family need. The screened in patio was a great place to hang out on with the weather being as nice as it was. I will be looking to stay at this house again on my next trip.'

'We were told the condo was ready early. We arrived at the condo and weren’t given the right amount of pool bands, property manager fixed it after a call to the office. Overall the condo was good for what we needed, but if you plan to cook a lot or spend much time in the condo I’d skip this one. One of the shower heads is barley hanging on, the bedroom window is cracked, mouse poop in the kitchen cabinet so we didn’t put our food in the cabinets, the right side of the sink is separated from the...

'This was our first time in Miramar area we usually stay in Destin. This home is very nice and well equipped. The pool is literally steps from the back door which was great for the kids. Personally I missed having an ocean view to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds from a balcony or deck. I felt like there were more "rules" to follow than normal so we were a little nervous that we were going to get additional changes if we didn't leave the property almost perfect but I get it that you don't want...
