Bezoek Gulf Place 75 yards van de prachtige witte zandstranden van Santa Rosa is omgeven door drie zwembaden (2 verwarmd), jacuzzi, tennis, shuffle board, fiets-en wandelroutes.

We zijn slechts 10 minuten en 6 mijl afstand van Seaside en aquarel.

Barbecue grills op het terrein. Binnen Gulf Place zijn er 5 restaurants, een bank, apotheek, nagelsalon, fiets en Yolo boord verhuur, spa, strand souvenirwinkel, cosmetica boutique, kunstenaarskolonie, Fine Art Gallery, en een aantal kledingwinkels om een ​​ontspannen uur of zo en dan buiten naar het strand park naar de zonsondergang te kijken.

Er zijn ook verschillende mooie golfbanen binnen handbereik.

De keuken is volledig uitgerust en leidt naar een comfortabele woonkamer met kabel HDTV en Blue Ray DVD. Volledig voorzien van airconditioning / verwarming, beddengoed voorzien, wasmachine / droger aanwezig. Geen huisdieren en niet roken. U bent verplicht om 25 jaar-of-age en ouder.

De keuken heeft granieten werkbladen. In het geval u in contact te komen met de buitenwereld verbinding met het internet gratis wordt verstrekt via draadloos. Fietsen kunnen worden gehuurd en zal naar het appartement worden geleverd door fietsen Big Daddy's.

Gulf place is the perfect location on 30A. It’s super relaxed and doesn’t have the craziness of the eastern parts (Seaside or Rosemary Beach) yet only 10 min away. The beach is literally across the street with NO boundary issues the rest of 30a beaches seem to have. The shopping and amazing restaurants are a 3 min walk. The only negatives we had were not being provided paper towels or napkins. The bedding and furniture were nice. Highly recommend this complex or the Caribbean building if you need a 2 bedroom.

We had a great time and everything was nice. Everything was convenient and relaxing. The one thing that was bothersome was the pool had trash in it and the hot tub was not working. We went to another pool and the hot tub worked there.

Quaint Condo

We stayed at the beginning of June 2023. The condo was much smaller than we thought. It was about 600 sq ft. We've stayed at other condos with bunk rooms, which are fantastic with two teenagers. However, this time it felt too small and cluttered. There are extra shelves throughout to help with storage, but honestly there's too much furniture. The condo was clean and the AC worked great. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, and even had several seasonings available. The couch is uncomfortable (hard and no fluff left) and might be at the end of its life. There was a newer chair in the living room that was comfortable, but it was squeezed in front of the patio door and desk. There really is too much furniture for the small space. The bunk room beds were comfortable, but the main bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. It is hard and has two sinking spots and a hump left in the middle. The patio included a large closed bin of beach and pool toys, chairs, beach umbrella, etc. This was fantastic and much appreciated. The beach access was literally across the street; however, once you are on the beach you have to walk a good ways until you arrive at the section for this condo group. The beach directly to the left and right are all private for the houses. There is a shower station to wash off from the beach which was also great. We found plenty of food places within walking distance of the condo and several had bands in the evenings. Overall our stay was nice.

My two sisters and I spent a long weekend in Santa Rosa visiting cousins. This was a perfect space for us. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to have a great weekend. The Groce's were fantastic hosts with emails and texts containing all information needed and more about things to do and places to go! The location was perfect.

My mom was in town for a few days, so I decided to get a condo next to the beach. Super clean and beds are comfortable. The owners were great with guest service, it was truly above and beyond. I can't say enough good things. Location was great and Shunk Gulley is right next door. Cute shops and local artist. Highly recommend!

Absolute Perfection

The property was perfect for myself, husband and son. The location to the beach and the pool were great. Chris was extremely helpful with all the recommendations provided and went above and beyond with great recommendations for a young child. Beautiful place. Swimming pool right off back porch to the left. Walk straight off the rear porch across the road to the private beach. Shopping and food within walking distance. Didn’t really have to go anywhere except for sight seeing. Hope we get to go back.
