Nautilus, unit 2608, 8 slaapplaatsen, geweldig uitzicht! Strandservice maart tot oktober.

Prachtig uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico vanuit dit appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, geschikt voor maximaal 8 personen. Gelegen in het prachtige Nautilus condominium, op de 6e verdieping, zult u genieten van het brede balkon met een fantastisch uitzicht. Houd er rekening mee dat het Nautilus-complex direct aan het strand ligt, maar het appartement niet. Maar toch, vanwege de manier waarop het werd gebouwd en de hoek van het balkon, heb je een prachtig uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico en het strand. Het appartement beschikt over een volledig uitgeruste keuken en alle beddengoed en badhanddoeken zijn inbegrepen. Wasmachine en droger in het apparaat.
Bedden zijn koning in de Master, een koningin en 2 stapelbedden in de tweede slaapkamer. Slaapbank met zeer comfortabele koningin matras slaapt 2 meer.
Het strand is slechts een korte lift naar beneden en ongeveer 100 voet van promenade. Strandservice inbegrepen van 1 maart tot 30 oktober (2 stoelen en een parasol) en extra strandstoelen en parasols, evenals strandspeelgoed en boogieplanken worden geleverd voor uw gemak, in de flat.
Een barbecue is voorzien aan de zijkant van het complex. (Houtskool)
Er is ook een prachtig zwembad voor uw ontspanning of op de dagen dat de oceaan een beetje te stormachtig is. Er zijn tal van activiteiten te doen op Okaloosa Island: Goofy Golf, fietsen, kano, kajak, paddleboard en pontonverhuur. Een touwparcours Adventure. Het Gulfarium waar u een dolfijnenshow kunt bekijken of zelfs kunt zwemmen met de dolfijnen (minimaal 8 jaar oud). De Boardwalk is een centrum van activiteiten met veel restaurants en winkels, volleybalnetten op het strand, een vliegerwinkel en veel picknickplaatsen. Ook een hotspot 's nachts met verschillende bars en eetgelegenheden. Op de pier van Okaloosa Island kun je visuitrusting huren of je kunt er gewoon een wandeling over maken en de anderen zien vissen! Destin en Fort Walton Beach liggen beide op slechts enkele minuten afstand. U kunt een charterboot huren in Destin voor diepzeevissen. Het waterpark Big Kahunas is een kinderdroom. Veel en veel winkelen in Destin. Veel goede restaurants in Fort Walton, Destin, maar ook op het eiland waar u zult verblijven. This place was perfect for our family of five. When we arrived it was so clean. There was both a pack and play and also regular crib for my toddler - all three kids slept comfortable in the bunk room. Tons of WORKING beach toys and a couple of nice chairs to use, too, in addition to the beach service…even a cooler. We were so happy about this. We came last minute so didn’t bring much but didn’t need it! Beautiful gulf views…slightly obstructed but it doesn’t matter. The pool and public areas were well-maintained, too. Great water pressure and hoses by the boardwalk - easy cleaning off. Only things I’d feedback and note : the curtains in the main bedroom are nearly see through. I’d bring an eye mask bc the sun comes up before 6 am during the summer. I also brought a portable black out curtain for the second bedroom - I’d recommend this too.No colander in the kitchen but that can be easily rectified. I’d also recommend another set or two of cutlery. Perhaps some plastic plates/bowls/cups for children.Several tvs for everyone to enjoy what they wanted. Toys, games, and books too. We will be back - thank you!!

Our getaway!

This was the perfect spot for our first beach vacation with our son who is 16 months old. Owner was very accommodating by having a crib and high chair available in the condo for us to use! Everything was clean and made us feel like we had a home away from home for the week!

We loved it

We had a quick long weekend getaway with our girls before school starts. Everything was perfect and easy. I was worried about the view of the beach from the angle but it was fine. The pool is smaller than other places we have stayed, but it was never over crowded. We were there on a weekend in July so peak season. We would definitely book here again.

Cute Condo

We enjoyed our stay, it was very clean and exactly as listed. The condo is off of a side street so the traffic is a lot better than some of the other areas. Beach access was easy and the chairs on the beach included were a plus! The host didn’t mention the closet full of beach goodies so that was an added bonus to have those chairs and beach toys if you have littles! Overall great stay!

Amazing property just as described

Our trip was incredible! Booking was a breeze, and communication was great. Host checked to make sure we made it safely and sent over all check in/check out info ahead of time. Some rentals require you to do a ton of work before leaving, which can be stressful, but that was not the case with this property. Some features I especially appreciated in this property were the blackout curtains and window treatments, laundry soap available, extra rolls of toilet paper, proximity to the beach(such an easy walk down), quiet complex, beach service(umbrellas and chairs daily), lots of towels and toiletries provided(it was really nice not having to pack beach towels), comfortable beds, beach view…. The list goes on! When we were looking for properties, we were worried the beach view would be disappointing since the property is not technically beachfront. We thought it was perfect, though! We woke up daily to the beautiful ocean view that we drove so far to see. The entire rental experience was seamless, which is what you want!

this unit was everything described in the listing. The best location. The beach was very close and if you tired of the sand the pool was on the way back to your room. All the restaurants nearby were amazing. The unit was stocked for everything we needed including beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, and beach towels. We will for sure return in the future!!!!

We loved the location! Exterior had a very cool art deco vibe and 2 minute walk to the beach with beautiful views from the balcony. Walking distance to the pier was awesome!! 5 minute drive over crab island to the Destin Boardwalk. We’ll come back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The unit was very clean, stocked very well, the owner was a great help. Located right on the ocean. Wonderful view from the balcony. We saw the Wednesday night fireworks from the balcony. We definitely will come back here again!! Totally recommend this unit!!

Absolutely Beautiful!!!

We had a beautiful stay. The condo was in a perfect location and it had everything we needed, including a crib for my daughter. The owner was very responsive and the beach was easily accessible, with our chairs and umbrella waiting for us when we got there. We would definitely stay again in the future.

10/10 would stay again!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens, 1 child). The location is super convenient to both shopping and eating. We were visiting for a BJJ tournament being held at the convention center. As former locals, we knew we would need to be close so as to avoid typical spring traffic. This condo was the perfect location for us and only took us 4 minutes to get to the convention center that morning. We spent our evenings relaxing on the balcony, listening to the waves roll in and enjoying the ocean breeze. In typical teen fashion, one left a few items behind and Josee was beyond helpful in getting these back to us! She quickly let us know that the cleaner found the items and gave us options on getting them back to us. From booking to returning the items, Josee was excellent on communication! I would highly recommend this condo! I would definitely stay here again if it's available for our future trips!

This was an ABSOLUTELY perfect getaway! The owner was prompt and had EVERYTHING you could possibly think of that you may need! We felt very welcomed and the property was very clean and right next to everything. The view of the beach was perfect as well! We will DEFINTELY be coming back and using this condo!
