They have a laundry facility there's no explanation where it is so you have to ask, and they don't tell you in the laundry room or at the desk where you can get laundry supplies, you have to ask the desk. 'There are no staff anywhere - and finding our room was nearly impossible. We had to call the help desk to find it - there are no signs or directions ... the address that is given is the main office which is closed all the time. No instructions sent by email either.
