Gelegen op slechts een steenworp afstand van de prachtige witte zandstranden, in het dorp Sugar Beach in Seagrove. Sugar Paws is een huisdiervriendelijk huis met dek rondom op alle niveaus. Het derde niveau dek is een geweldige plek om de zonsondergang te bekijken terwijl je een glimp van de golf krijgt.

Sugar Paws heeft twee keukens en een wasmachine en droger op elke verdieping, dus het is ideaal voor 2 gezinnen! De eerste verdieping heeft 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, samen met een volledig gevulde keuken en een woon- en eetkamer en een stapel wasmachine / droger. Het tweede niveau is compleet met nog een volledige keuken met roestvrijstalen apparaten, gasfornuis, ontbijttafel, woonkamer, eethoek met tafel voor 6 personen en master bedroom suite met eigen badkamer en een half bad uit de woonkamer. Er is ook een full-size wasmachine en droger op de 2e verdieping.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The overall location and house was perfect. We were a short two minute walk from the beach, and there is a gas station/store right behind the property which was great for basic needs like milk, cereal, and bread. The split level apartment style was great for our blended family stay, it gave both parties privacy when needed. Many great places within walking distance to grab a bite, we highly recommend getting a reservation at least once at Cafe 30-A.

Great trip with a great location

We had a very good time. I did not realize the levels could only be accessed by going outside, clearly I did not read this when booking. The house is in a great location, with a very nice private deck which we used everyday. The furniture could use an upgrade and the bathrooms/kitchen are outdated when looking at other homes to book. If you look past this, you will enjoy your stay as we did.

Great Winter Escape with the pup

We had such a wonderful stay at Sugar Paws escaping the Chicago winter. A great location literally 2 minutes from the beach and right near so many great places to eat. The house was homey and so many kitchen essentials so it's easy to make things at home as well. We'd love a little more light in the outdoor areas - maybe some twinkle lights near the grill so sit was easier to see at night. We cant wait to return!

Vacay at sugar paws

Great vacation. First beach trip with my 4month old granddaughter, daughter, son-in-law & Millie my grand puppy , Daughters friend and my sister & her dog Bentley. This was one of the best dog friendly houses I have stayed in. Location was great. Short walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. It was great that there were two bikes and two beach chairs and umbrella that came with renting this house. Beds were comfy. It was nice that the house was split home because it gave my daughters family privacy with the baby while also being just a walk upstairs with separate entry to visit. Keypad door locks also a plus not to have to worry about Keys or keycards getting in and out of home. There were A few things that could have made the stay better. The upstairs dishwasher did not work so we washed dishes by hand, bottom floor shower drained very slow, ceiling fan In guest room needs to be tightened up. it shook & was loud but there was a box fan in the closet that worked fine. The bottom floor could use more kitchen supplies. ( oven mitt, large serving bowls, etc. There was no propane for the grill but I am sure rental agent would have brought some over if we called. We did not notice until the end of our stay when wanting to grill out so I let them know about these things upon check out so they could make adjustments for next renters. Overall it was a great stay. We would stay again.

Loved it!

Me and my family stayed here for a wedding. The upstairs and downstairs aren’t connected from the inside, but it’s connected on the outside with ample, covered porch space. We loved it! Very cozy and spacious.

Great family rental

We rented this house for our family when they came to visit us. This house is great. There are technically two complete homes which was awesome for them. This would be great for two families as well (even two kitchens!). The location is a few feet from the public beach access. Wonderful location and home. Highly recommend!

Sugar Paws

Thank you for allowing pets, great area for our daughter’s dog. Sitting on the porches were nice and we enjoyed them. But it allowed rain to leak through the wooden deck and I would suggest some way to repel bugs, citronella torches or screened in porch. The kitchenette downstairs could use more utensils and pots and pans. It was nice having the availability of 2 ovens even though you had to go up and down the stairs. All in all we had a good stay and would return. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Excellent location and accommodations

The house was great. It is very large and the location is very convenient. Easy access to the beach and the pool. The inclusion of chairs and umbrella on the beach was very convenient. Jake, who had our chairs and umbrellas set up every day before we arrived, was very accommodating when we needed to secure extra chairs and umbrellas on a few days at a very reasonable rate. The Oversee Property Management staff were very available and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Location of property is very convenient to beach as well as Restaurants in Seaside. Finding the beach chairs was confusing however the management company was very responsive and helpful. Overall a good trip experience.

No interior stairway

I was extremely surprised to find out when we arrived that there was no interior stairway between the two floors of this 3 bedroom house. I was also dismayed to discover that each unit (upstairs and downstairs) had its own coded entryway. It made life very difficult especially during a very rainy week at the beach. I just wish that information had been clear in the property description! The upstairs kitchen looked clean on the outside but once I got into the drawers and cabinets it was a mess. The cutlery drawer was full of food crumbs! The cabinets were very well stocked but it’s an organizational disaster. I chose this house because in the description they said that because of the Covid-19 pandemic they had removed all throw pillows and coverlets, etc. However, they were not actually removed from the property. Instead they were just stuffed into closets above and below the hanging space. I had to move these things out of the way or not use closets at all because they were such a mess!!! When we turned on the ceiling fans upstairs gray dust rained down on us! I will say that the property managers were friendly when I texted them with my issues.

Easy access to beach.

The rental company was fantastic. One thing to note about this property is that you have to go outside to go to the second floor. It’s almost like two separate apartments with locks on both doors.

Fantastic location!

We had a great stay at Micheals. The neighborhood was in a fantastic location, steps from the beach but also quiet. The neighborhood pool was clean, the porches were a great place to have coffee in the morning and steamed crab from Goatfeathers in the evening. Easy walk to seafood market, shaved ice stand, and beach walkover. The beach chairs were a fantastic perk! The two levels being separate , with outdoor stairs actually worked out fine, as the porches are walled off and quite secluded.
