'Beautiful brand new house down a quiet cul-de-sac. Well appointed with everything we needed including the golf cart. Easy check in and out. Property management team via text and email was super friendly and easy. The kids had plenty of space to spread out. Close to the beach and across the street from restaurants, ice cream and coffee. We loved it and hope to be back soon.'

'We only needed 1 night here and it worked for us just fine! Upon checking in, we realized the elevators were out of order which created a little struggle with our bags and child with mobility issues. I notified the property manager and they were unaware of the issue, but Gulfplace management addressed it and the elevator was working by the next day. The wi-fi did not work as warned in previous guest reviews. I re-set the router and still no luck. The vibe was great and the area can’t be beat. '
