Kom naar "Reel Relaxing" voor een betaalbaar, huisdiervriendelijk strandhuisje dat op een gracht aan het strand in Old Seagrove Beach ligt. Dit huis met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers is de meest betaalbare locatie voor uw gezin en huisdieren. Met alles op één niveau en afgeschermde veranda met uitzicht op de gracht, slaapt dit gezellige huis voor 8 personen. De keuken en badkamers zijn betegeld, terwijl de rest van het huis een laminaatvloer heeft. Gunstige locatie op slechts 3 blokken van het strand. Draadloos internet. Houd er rekening mee dat honden van bezoekers verboden zijn op de stranden van Walton County. Er zijn echter tal van trottoirs en parkpaden.

Woonkamer heeft queensize slaapbank, love seat en 2 zachte stoelen rondom de open haard, lcd-tv en dvd. Keuken heeft een doorgangsvenster naar de woonkamer met ontbijtbar uitgerust met 3 barkrukken. Eenvoudige witte keuken met koelkast, elektrisch fornuis, vaatwasser, magnetron en dubbele spoelbak. Aparte eethoek heeft een tafel met 4 stoelen. Stapelbare wasmachine en droger in de garage.

Queen slaapkamer heeft 2 nachtkastjes met lampen, dressoir, lcd-tv en een glazen schuifdeur naar de afgeschermde veranda. Twin slaapkamer heeft 2 aparte bedden, nachtkastje, lamp, lcd-tv en dressoir. Hal bad heeft ijdelheid wastafel en bad / douche. King slaapkamer heeft 2 nachtkastjes, 2 lampen, lang dressoir, 2 stoelen aan de zijkant, lcd-tv en dvd. Privé koning badkamer heeft ijdelheid wastafel en douche.

Afgeschermde veranda aan de achterzijde van het huis kijkt uit over de gracht. Het heeft een assortiment stoelen, ligstoelen en schommelstoelen voor uw ontspanning. Breng uw hengel en vang wat rand in het kanaal. Je kunt ook een kajak op het kanaal gebruiken. Deze watermassa bereikt uiteindelijk Western Lake in WaterColor en het Grayton Beach State Park. Natuurliefhebbers zullen genieten van de vele vogels die het kanaal bezoeken. Het zijterras heeft een eettafel buiten en meer zitplaatsen, evenals een zweefvliegtuigbank. Houtskoolgrill. Parkeergarage voor 1 auto, nog 3 compacte auto's kunnen op de oprit parkeren.

Pictures are deceiving

This place needs MAJOR updates and is in bad shape. Even as simple as some fresh paint would make a world of difference. The bathrooms are awful. It did not feel clean. Mold in the sinks and showers. Even the shower curtain rod was disgusting. Again, something so simple as changing out a toilet seat and shower curtain rod. Had holes in the walls and broken tiles. Also had to kill multiple bugs.

Family Memorial Day Trip to 30A

My family and I (husband, mom, brothers) came and stayed Memorial Day weekend at this property. The location is great! Walking distance to the beach, as well as Seaside, 30A, Publix, and plenty of restaurants. My husband and I biked to Seaside several times during our stay for coffee and shopping. The streets around the house are quiet and perfect for walks. The house is even fenced in if you plan to bring a pet (since it’s also pet friendly!) The house is a little on the older side, but was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for six adults. Kitchen was just fine for cooking and we had several meals at the house. Plan to bring extra towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and bedding if you will have a larger group or staying for an extended period. Overall, we loved our stay here and will definitely be back again.

Updates needed!

This property has a lot of potential but updates are definitely needed. There was no Wi Fi the entire time. TVs are pointless. I’m glad I brought a book! The whole place needs an update. The dining area needs work, the outside porch is dirty, and the fireplace is just odd. It felt like a mountain cabin instead of a beach house. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Management was very nice and check in/ check out process was easy. Overall the property will do in a pinch but it needs some serious TLC.

Peaceful place near all the things

This was a great house to rent. It was walking distance from the beach, city center, shops, food. It was comfortable, had everything you needed in the kitchen, and had plenty of seating inside and out. We very much enjoyed our stay! It’s been pinned because we will be coming back. Such a great stay.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

My family enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent— a short walk to the beach and walkable to the seaside square (~0.6mi) through the neighborhood streets. The home was comfortable and quiet. It was a very relaxing and restful beach trip! Only negative is that the bathrooms need some attention/repair.

A fantastic deal given its proximity to ocean access, downtown seaside, and Publix. It’s a modest property on the size and scale of a 3 bedroom apartment. For us with teenage boys it was perfect; not too fancy but nice enough to enjoy a worry-free week.

Reel Relaxing - positives and negatives

We had a wonderful week at Seagrove. Check in and check out was simple and quick. Location of Reel Relaxing property is excellent for walking to the beach and Seaside. The house definitely needs updating and an intense cleaning. Some of the furniture is worn out. The front patio would be very useful with a good cleaning and new furniture. With a little TLC, this property could be superb because of its location.

Great pet friendly rental close to everything.

I grew up vacationing in the area and it certainly has changed over the years, but Seagrove still has the charm complete with sandy/shell gravel streets. Canal street is unique because it is a short walk to Seaside, but feels tucked in the woods. The house is actually on the canal and you can kayak all the way to Grayton beach state park right of your back porch if you are feeling adventurous. The beach access is a short walk as well. Don't miss hiking or trail running in Point Washington State Park, accessed about 2 miles from the house on 30a across from Grayton Beach State Parks entrance. You can make an 8 mile loop that brings you back via a path on 395. If you are lucky, you might see a black bear! We saw two deer, but the bears proved elusive once again. We typically hike/run in the morning. Then hit the beach in the afternoon. There are multi million dollar homes all over this area, one next door to this house. So this is a great value if you don't require the most up to date interior. You can stay twice as long for the same price of a short stay in a fancier place. For us, we'd rather put the money into the daily adventures rather than the place itself, so this strikes a perfect balance!

The location is perfect. It is quiet and short walk to Seaside restaurants and beach.

The house is convenient and comfortable. Love the location. I think the place could use some new paint and updates. Patio furniture for the front porch should be inviting and comfortable. The current chairs are neither. The beds are also not very comfortable and new mattresses would be a good investment. I also wish the back porch could be used more but the only access is through the bedroom so a little awkward. The place is small but clean and comfortable. Best part is the convenience of the location.

The location is great as Seagrove beach is just a few blocks away and Seaside center is just under a mile away. The house as well as its furnishings are outdated. This property needs serious updating and a a deep cleaning.

Great property!!

What a wonderful getaway!! My group just left Reel Relaxin' and I want to share our experience. The house is located three blocks from the beach, the distance was easily walked by the four adults in our group. The neighborhood streets are not pavement, but a mix between sand and gravel that is compacted well and would be easy to pull a wagon, stroller, etc for the beach. There are several beach access points open to the public. The beach access in this area is stairs, I didn't see a handicap entrance. The neighborhood is very quiet, the surrounding homes are beautiful and many of them are also rental properties. Watercolor and Seaside downtown are a quick 10minute walk. There are sidewalks the entire way. I would like to emphasize what a safe feeling community this area is. It’s definitely very family friendly if you are coming with kids. The house was very clean on arrival and the pictures available online represent the actual property very well. My group brought two senior dogs with us, there is a lovely small yard that the dogs enjoyed. I would like to support the previous post that this property should definitely upgrade the patio furniture. My group came from Houston, TX and we wanted to escape the humidity and heat. We would have appreciated being able to sit outside, however the patio furniture was broken, old and dirty. The grill worked well, and we grilled almost every night. One other item I would encourage the property manger to add would be additional kitchen towels. There was only one kitchen towel and two small kitchen wash rags available. The house had two fire extinguishers, the one in the garage is expired. A few more would have been nice because our group cooked most meals and home. We found the beds to be comfortable and plenty of bathroom linens. A few pillows did have dog hair on them. The AC did the job, there is a sign on the thermostat to not set to less than 70 degrees. We set it at 70, I think most of the time the house was around 70-73 degrees inside. Overall, the house definitely worked well for my group, we wanted a dog friendly and close to the beach getaway. I would recommend this place to any friends and family.
