Side A- Designed with family vacations in mind, this beautifully appointed duplex offers spacious accommodations and modern coastal comfort. The open-concept main living area features 12-foot ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen with a large island and bar seating, a dining area, and access to a private balcony perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The home includes four king bedrooms, three with private en-suite bathrooms, plus a bunk room with two bunk beds ideal for children or additional guests.



First Floor: Spacious kitchen, dining, and living area; one king bedroom with private bathroom; laundry room with washer and dryer; half bathroom.



Second Floor: Two king bedrooms with private bathrooms; third king bedroom; bunk room; full bathroom.
