'This property is a great value and an even better location for those not wanting to spend the beachside money. It is only a 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches in the panhandle.The only thing I would caution is parking it tight. You only have one spot at the unit location. Second vehicles need to be parked down the street.Overall an excellent stay that was greatly enjoyed.'

'My boyfriend, dog, and I stayed here for 5 days. The host was very quick at responding, we had a great time, and it’s only 5 minutes from the beach. The place was definitely cleaned but we found cockroaches in the cabinets and spiders in the showers. It looked like some of the bugs had been sprayed but not wiped after on top of the shower. When we walked in it smelled really bad and there was mold in the air vents. Also floor in the kitchen is falling in. There is definitely rotten wood framing...
