'Cute little place. They only down fall is the bunk room upstairs is a sun room with only a small window AC. I do recommend the owners upgrade to a mini split. We had to turn the AC way down and freeze in the rest of the house and not close the doors upstairs in order to make it comfortable in there.'

'The house was beautiful and very good overall for the first 2 nights although the pool was a little unclean but I think it was from the grass being cut. The owner did get someone out to clean it for us though. The last couple of nights we did excperiance a power outage which did make the air not work and power in the kitchen and half the house be off for the remaining of our trip. This did include the kitchen appliances to not be working and the only air was the fans.'

'The host answers quickly. The property is clean and quiet. The location is good. I didn’t like the shower head but that’s just my preference there’s nothing wrong with it. They have a Keurig which I love. It’s just a nice place to be. There’s a huge tree that drops acorns everywhere and that attracts squirrels I enjoyed watching them. There’s a porch swing under the pergola and I enjoyed sitting there.'

'Interior was very nice and it had a nice privacy fence around the property making it safe and secure. Also had automatic doors and cameras to ensure safety. Neighborhood was fun and very lively'

'Found this to be the perfect place to call home for three weeks. It was in the neighborhood I grew up in, so know the area well. It is a perfect location for visitors to feel like a "local" but to explore all parts of FWB, Destin and beyond. It would be perfect for a family with children- plenty of space for kids to play in backyard, have cookouts, TV sets just about every room, and simple layout of home. I felt very safe and at home, and will always check availability when visiting. The...
