Every bedroom has a Smart TV and built-in USB outlets, so everyone can recharge - devices included.

The open living area flows into a large dining space with a table built for gathering. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy whether you’re prepping beach snacks or grilling in the backyard.

While visiting Florida please be mindful we do have tropical bugs - mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, wood roaches, no seeums, etc. While we do actively treat for pests you may encounter a few critters during your stay. If the doors are left open, you will most likely allow these creatures in the home. As much as we’d love a critter free home sometimes it’s just not possible. Let us know if you’ve encountered anything that may alarm you!

The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not provide additional cleaning or housekeeping services during your stay. Detailed checkout instructions can be found in the StellarDweller reservation portal, which was sent to you on your booking date.

For your comfort and peace of mind, our property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor. This small device monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry to help ensure a safe, comfortable stay for everyone

We wanted to give you a quick heads-up regarding our front door camera. It functions like a Ring camera and is positioned only on the exterior of the unit. It does not record any activity inside the home - it’s solely for monitoring the entrance for security purposes.

1. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM or later
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request

• No lifeguard on duty
• Children must be supervised at all times

Guests assume responsibility for pool use during their stay.

• No moving furniture
• Please rinse beach gear before bringing it inside
• Any damage beyond normal wear may result in additional charges

• Please place trash in the outdoor bins
• If your stay includes trash pickup day, roll bins to the curb the night before
