This condo is on the second floor, so you can use the convenient elevator or the stairs right next to the unit. You are steps from the beach where beach service is provided. Guests also have their own private parking spot in the parking garage. Complimentary beach chairs (2) and umbrella is provided from March through October with the rental, a $40 per day value.
