'This cottage is charming and thoughtfully styled, and we were initially excited about our stay.Unfortunately, we encountered several cleanliness and maintenance issues that affected our comfort. We found a used cigarette on the kitchen counter and multiple dirty dishes put away as clean, including two plates which were covered in some sort of oil and a cereal bowl with dried food.
