Positief: Voorzieningen, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The staff were all extremely friendly and hospitable but unfortunately there were a few issues we just couldn’t get past. The first thing was the sheets having some stains. When asked to change them they said they would do so no problem and honestly we were giving them grace because sometimes it happens. We come back to the room and the sheet was just folded over but the stain was still there. We let them know and they finally sent someone over to change the sheets (hours later). The second issue was one we just couldn’t keep silent about. Coming back from a day out our room door was wide open. We had believed that maybe housekeeping was inside but nope, absolutely nobody in their and out room open for anyone to access. By the grace of God nothing was taken but that was just absolutely shocking and left us feeling extremely uncomfortable, especially being girls.
Don’t get me wrong the hotel is nice and it’s in a pretty nice location with food spots in literally every corner but those two things really brought our rating down :(
