Yes - the rooms and bedding were clean BUT there was sticky stuff on the living room carpet. There was also a string of something appearing to be gum smeared on the wall coming out of the middle room.

The house was super clean, had a lot of coffee waters in the fridge, snacks on the counter, laundry soap by the washing machine. It very nice house, the air worked great loved the back yard, it was very cozy and not far from the stock yards. Uber ride was only about 5 minutes. The host was super nice and quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay!

This house is close to the FTW Stockyards but do not walk it. The house on the outside is nice but the neighborhood is not. The keypad instructions were not clear. We were able to reach the host in a timely manner and recv correct instructions. He did offer to discount us 50 due to it took us 45mins to get into the home. When we walked in it does have a dog smell, so we thought this place must be pet friendly. They do not have good cooking utensils and only had 2 coffee cups in the cabinet. If you plan to cook bring your own items. Bring extra blankets. The beds were nice and clean. Bathrooms nice and clean. We had enough towels. The inside of the home makes you forget what’s outside because it is clean. I will increase my stars once we get the refund. Thank you.

The house was clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were clean. We had issues with the electronic lock on front door. I texted him Saturday night just before 6pm, we had to leave the house unlocked , the Uber arrived and we had rodeo tickets and had to leave. I texted him twice before we left and once after we left. 17 hours later we are on our way back to East Texas, and I have still not heard from him. That is my only gripe. Other than that, the house was great. Just off a main road, we could barely hear any traffic. There were snacks and water in the frig-that was really nice.

Love the location- close to the stockyards. Easy to get into the house using the detailed instructions provided by our host. Roomy for my whole team to stay- we really only needed the place for sleeping as we were at meetings all day and felt like kids sleeping in bunk beds! :) The place was tidy, but not spotless- there were lipstick prints on the shot glasses, dusty appliances and the bathroom mats looked worn out. But again great lil spot for going out to the Stockyards and driving into downtown for meetings!

First of all, the location that the property is located is on the very outter edge of the circle. Not centralized like it was advertised ( still seemingly close though). When pulling up to the property we were met with a HUGE pile of garbage ( wether it was the property owners or the next, it should have been disclosed ) , and car in the driveway. The neighborhood is rundown, the house doesnt look like it belongs in the area, ( host did a good job cropping out the rundown environment). The cleaner was at the house at check in time , which I needed in the house to prepare activities for my freinds Bachelorette party. Cleaner didnt leave till around 3:30, which was time I needed. The afternoon was ruined because of this. The inside was dirty, but had nice furiniture appliances etc. Overall WOULD NOT RECCOMEND! False advertising at its finest. Ruined a special day . Not worth the price I paid at all!!

Photos of house did not always match what was there. Furniture and some furnishings were very worn. The listing said it was for 8 guests however kitchen only had 4 forks 2 teaspoon 3 glasses. We had to purchase our own. Tv in the bedroom could not be connected because cord didn't reach. Bathrooms had most of the light bulbs out. Carpeting needed to be cleaned. Refrigerator was leaking water and ice maker had been removed with wires hanging out.
