The space
Step inside to find thoughtfully designed rooms that combine functionality with Texas-inspired touches. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, and private en-suite bath with walk-in shower and double-sink vanity. The second bedroom includes both a queen bed with plenty of closet space. The third bedroom is built for guests and kids with two twin-over-full bunks, while the fourth room is dual use office/bedroom with queen sleeper sofa and desk for remote work.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cooking utensils, a dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. Natural light fills the dining area, while the open living room welcomes you with 2 sofas and a power reclining armchair, flat-screen TV, and a selection of games and books for cozy evenings.

Outdoor living is a highlight, with a large privacy-fenced backyard, two seating areas, and charcoal grill ready for the pit master.

Additional amenities include a dedicated laundry room, Amazon Fire streaming on all TVs. For peace of mind, exterior lighting is installed around the property.

Pets (dogs only) are allowed with approval. Sorry but we cannot accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergies.

One king bed with attached master bath and large walk-in shower, one queen bed, one bunk room with two twin-over-full size bunks, a 2nd full bathroom with tub/shower, and one dual-use office/bedroom with a desk and queen-size sleeper sofa.
