This could have been a really great stay, but just missed the mark. Disappointed.1) Keyless entry - Had to call the owner each time we came back to the house to get in. Did not work until less than 12 hours from check out.2) Inadequate supplies - For a listing that attracts families, there was no paper towels, no napkins, no laundry pods, and only 1 spare roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms. Not enough wash cloths for everyone to have one.3) Trash - both cans overflowed outside the house at the garage door. Looks like it hadn't been taken out in weeks. Even saw a mouse taking advantage of so much garbage. 4) Wifi - we shared with the host that there were 7 in our party but only 3 could get on at any given time. We had to take turns being online.5) In-app communications - clearly were not read. We first tried to remedy the door issue on the chat in the app and no response was given. What felt like a scheduled greeting was delivered and one again on the day of check out. The other issues that we brought up in the app (Wifi) were never addressed.
