Discover amazing local attractions and places to visit, including downtown Azle (two and a half miles away), a free public boat launch at Shady Grove Park (two and a half miles), three parks less than three miles away, a walkable beach, a pond, and an association play area for the kiddos.

This family-friendly retreat boasts a welcoming and spacious living room with various sofas where you can spread out comfortably and get ready for an entertaining evening of streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV with cable and streaming. This is also a great spot to gather and play board games with the family! The kitchen enjoys all stainless steel appliances, including a newly installed double oven that will make cooking a breeze. When it comes to outdoor living, the home boasts a sizable enclosed backyard with a covered patio. Additional perks include air conditioning and a washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
