'Our stay in this townhome was a pleasure and a great convenience to us. It was pleasingly cozy and clean and the neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. We were so happy to find this pet friendly rental and look forward to staying here again if needed. The host was also very responsive to any communication between us. Highly recommended!'

'The property is brand new, so everything was clean and in good working order. Aside from that. No pool in Yuma AZ? Breakfast consisted of packaged pastries and yogurt. Coffee was bad with only flavored or sweetened creamers available. No daily maid service. Rooms cleaned upon departure or after 7 days. Whichever comes first. Tried to check in 15 minutes early with only 6 cars in the lot and was told I would have to pay an additional fee. Price was only a couple of dollars less but not...
