'This is a brand new apartment block conveniently located at close proximity to many amenities in Chennai. We stayed here just over two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The proprietor Sampath is very helpful and communicated with us on WhatsApp well in advance to identify our needs. Reception staff and property caretakers can be a little more attentive to help their guests. Overall, clean and well proportioned room at a reasonable price. 'this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor. No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe '

'My stay is great. The hotel just had a renovation. Restaurants have new look. My bath room is new beds are new. Slightly under furniture but proofs no issue. My unit faces the road and a little noise but I'm used to it. Foreign traveller and the food is amazing and clean. Love to come back again.'
