'Checking in and out took a long time. Not too close to shopping areas (20 minutes walk) but still quite convenient'

Also very easy transport from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. You may take metro instead of taxi. Super convenient. Their staffs are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend! '

'Amazing location if visiting the canton fair. Also great to have the Metro in the basement. Generally great once you find the reception on the 17th floor. Have no complaints. Little sucky that there is nowhere to eat after 9 pm. '

Laundry facilites have been removed , in last 3~4 wks & update is unknown, atm. Even though property interior feels “dated”, staff are friendly enough. Mandarin & Cantonese is used. English = unknown. I would use this hotel again , in future.'

'I am still shocking on what the room i had. The reception was closed due the Lunar Chinese New Year, I need to pay extra for roaming phone call to ask for the room’s detail and passcode. The rooms seems like had been used. One cup only. Dirty floor. Used amenities kit in the toilet’s drawer. Opened cotton swaps in the wash basin. The towels seems like had been moved by someone else. Broken toilet LED light in toilet. Weak shower. Poor in all the way.'

'I wish I could rate this property -100. The property was unclear and dirty when I arrived. I checked out the next day because I couldn't stand the receptionist either, for trying to persuade me to stayed in the property. The pictures online are completely different when I got there. '
