'Only negative is the third bed was not made and we had only 2 sets of towels. After asking we tot the art of towels and linnen but had to make the bed ourself'

'We stayed here for 1 night last May 16th 2026 after a 3.5-hour drive from Humboldt Redwoods State Park. The Front Desk staff were very kind and courteous! Our "1 King Bed" room on the 2nd floor was very spacious, comfortable and clean. However, either the walls or the ceiling was not soundproofed. 'Went here as a half way stop to bodega bay for my girl friends Mother’s Day weekend relax, and I firstly understood that as a cheaper hotel and the name “best value inn” I had little expectations, but I was still let down. For the price we got less than average service, I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to finally wake up and give me a key after ringing the door bell and having to call the front desk just to here the phone go off for a while and someone finally coming to answer. 'The hotel was very clean. I felt comfortable staying in there and staff was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that the cable channels were bare minimum. There was only news, weather channel and hallmark. After working I wanted to just relax to stupid stuff and couldn’t. It also says online there is laundry onsite but there isn’t. I work overnight swing shifts and needed to do laundry and nothing is open at 2am except 3 towns over. Despite those 2 things I would stay again.'
