'Nice place, great location, had everything we needed. Helpful and prompt communication by the host. This was a great base for exploring the area.'

'The home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Lovely setting. Excellent coffee is provided. The kitchen has the basics for cooking but nothing for storage and no paper goods/spices so you literally need to bring everything you need. The stairs to the sleeping loft are tough. Very steep and you need to crawl to the beds but they are very comfortable! Regardless we would still return again.'

'At 4am the tenant from the connected house(which we didn't know about) was blaring on her hornin the road out front yelling to move out vehicles. She threatened to tow our vehicles and block us in. The night before, I tried to contact the host to find out where we were supposed to park. And he never got back to us. There was hair on the wall and the bathroom and one of the coffee cups and drinking glass had grime and coffee all over it. The blanket that was draped over the back of the couch...

Recommended for a young couple without kids or an adult threesome. Twenty five minutes drive to Bodega Bay. A convenient bike rack to secure ebike(s) located in front. A single king upstairs and reachable via a long, unlit stairwell. Note: ref pets, last visit revealed a backyard area that is NOT fully enclosed.Overall, a pleasant vacation...'

'There were 2 issues I had with my stay. I had to cancel the last day because of one of them. The hot tub was not usable. This is probably a short term problem and will be fixed quickly. Nonetheless, the reason I rented the property was because of the hot tub. The other problem I had was one I have with many places rented to many people. There was a chemical odor to the place that comes from many cleanings. It even permeated the bread I left contained on the counter. The place was beautiful and...
