'The hotel is very well maintained with a nice rooftop bar/restaurant. You can see Bryant Denny from there as well as downtown Tuscaloosa. Location was great for downtown Tuscaloosa, you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Staff was welcoming and nice. Answered our questions with a lot of info. Has valet parking but we didn't need it for a June visit. Short drive to UofA campus, but probably not walkable.'

'We booked well in advance (1 month) for a baseball tournament. We reserved a double queen suite but were bumped from our reservation because a college team and families booked that same week. Understand that this college in question did not know if or where they would be playing until 4 days before our check in. We were bumped to follow them to have all the double queen suites.'
