'The hotel is very well maintained with a nice rooftop bar/restaurant. You can see Bryant Denny from there as well as downtown Tuscaloosa. Location was great for downtown Tuscaloosa, you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Staff was welcoming and nice. Answered our questions with a lot of info. Has valet parking but we didn't need it for a June visit. Short drive to UofA campus, but probably not walkable.'

'didn't care for the beds very hard and uncomfortable,very noisy when you can hear other guests early morning moving about. i like the electric blind feature. shower curtains could be longer.'

'Fairly clean, but the location was a bit grim, the front desk person was almost non-verbal, and the room was moist (maybe that's just Alabama in June). They had coffee in the lobby, though, which was nice, and we really liked the University of Alabama campus.'

'Everyone was kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean, a/c worked wonderfully thank goodness considering the outdoor heat.lol. Didn't eat breakfast but greatly appreciated the all day coffee. The only thing that I'd recommend is a list of local restaurants and tourist attractions be put in the rooms for visitors who don't really have a plan to go by.'
