'Property was great, room was comfortable and very spacious. The only thing that could be better would be the staff. When arriving the front desk agent was nowhere to be found. I waited for 10minutes. Also when leaving the front desk agent did not follow up about stay or even cared that I was checking out. Following some of the valet is lazy or lack of care. Hospitality and customer service goes a long way. I would hope to stay here again but wouldn't care to speak to any of the staff.'

'The room was great! We stayed there because my husband had just left the hospital, and we wanted a room where the bathroom and bedroom were on the same level. I feel like the accessibility was good overall, maybe a little more clarity as to whether the bathroom had a zero step shower or accessible bathtub, but it was what we needed. I would definitely stay there again.'
