'We loved our night at Captain Cove. It was so nostalgic of my family road trips as a kid. Yes, it's very 80's Roadside Motel inside the rooms, but they are clean and comfortable. The staff was so nice and my kids LOVED the pool. Quick walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants around. You can also grill in their adorable courtyard. Would definitely go back!'

'Bed was good, pillows way to soft , room was spacious, had king bed so it was lovely. Bathroom wasn’t clean the best. But staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was small but good. Overall a 4/5 only because of the bathroom. But will definitely be back it’s also in a good location '

Very short walk to the beach, pool was great and area was clean. It was really nice to be able to continue using the parking lot, pool, pier and bathroom they provide after checkout. 'Bed was a bit soft. And bathroom floor flooded with each shower. Not sure why unless shower curtain too short allowing wwter to escape tub. And the shower gel container was empty when we checked in and was never replaced. Luckily we had brought our own. But these things were minor and didn’t really affect our stay. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding and staffed by friendly people who are careful to maintain cleanliness and keep area well stocked. '
