'Schone kamer, vriendelijke ontvangst, ontbijt kon beter (maar hebben ook al slechter gehad): elke dag was er roerei, aardappelen, worstjes, wafels, appels, potjes yoghurt, toast…pluspunt is echte borden en echt bestek! Het zwembad is netjes maar wel wat straatlawaai van de Highway. We gebruikten ook de pc en printer van het business center voor het afdrukken van boardingpasses. Er zijn bovendien volop eetgelegenheden en supermarkten in de buurt. Prijs kwaliteit een zeer goed hotel.'

'Breakfast is amazing!! I love the healthy options like almond milk and Chobani yogurt. Dining area is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive. They have a pancake machine that works with a simple wave of your hand. The rooms are clean and comfortable plus the kitchenette is well-stocked with utensils, dishwater and pots & pans. I would highly recommend this Sonesta ES to anyone staying in the Orange county area'

'Mooie lokatie en hotel, onvriendelijke receptioniste. Ze vragen 250 dollar borg voor 1 nacht slapen, belachelijk als je aan t rondreizen bent voor een paar weken. Ontbijt wordt op bestelling gemaakt, weinig keuze en duurt te lang. Wel lieve dame. Ook nog voor parkeren betalen. Arrogant hotel.'

'This was possibly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I get it, you get what you pay for and things happen but this was too much. I got to my room and just wanted to nap after a 10 hour work day. I went to lay down and turn the TV only for the TV to not work. I thought Ok I will call the front desk, I grab the phone to dial and the phone is not connected/not working. As I reach for my Cell Phone to call the hotel someone tries to enter my room (I believe it was housekeeping but...

'Breakfast was delicious but I'm disappointed and feel taken advantage of due to the cost that Expedia charged me for breakfast vouchers. The breakfast vouchers we paid for when we booked our trip on Expedia we're more expensive than what they comped us at the restaurant. The breakfast vouchers which were $50 we're only good for up to $26 at the restaurant. So we were totally jipped. Seems like somebody is pocketing the money for unsuspecting guests. Also the voucher they gave us was only good...

'Lobby was modern, very clean and open. Gym room was beautiful and clean. Hotel Room could’ve been more modern but was clean. Parking was very easy and close to get to. Staff was very accommodating. '

'This place was a great set-up for the room. We requested a two bedroom suite however, there was no door for the second room, but it was upstairs in a loft type layout so we made it work. Staff was great with an early check-in. The location was close to shopping food places. The downside was the room, particularly the floor was dirty. We didn’t eat the free breakfast,‘or use the amenities, but there was a pool and basketball court onsite. '

'The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The location is very convenient, with easy access to Asian restaurants and grocery stores. The air conditioning worked great, and the parking felt safe. There wasn’t an iron or ironing board in the room, but I didn’t need one during my stay, and I didn’t check if they provide it upon request. One minor downside was that I could hear footsteps and toilet flushing from the room above.'

'Very clean property. Even had a phone charger in the room that saved my day. A bunch of us stayed in that neighborhood and I felt bad for the friends staying at the Ramada. I had nothing to complain about. '
