'Wow! What a hotel, from the moment we arrived at the hotel to when we left, everything was superb. The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much for them, greeting you at the door and collecting your luggage, parking your car, a hello and a smile from everyone you met. Our room was excellent, large comfy bed, lovely bathroom with a loo that lifted its own lid and had a heated seat, which my wife thought was wonderful! 'Room was wonderful, window with fresh air was so appreciated as we were both recovering from being sick while traveling. Monica welcomed us with an efficient and informative check-in and shared parking details and recommended we visit the Turkish Baths, so we did! Great location about a 10 minute walk from most things. All in all, a lovely visit, and wishing Monica and co-owner all good things. If we pass through Harrogate again, there is only one place we will stay!'

'Perfect for a single room, single night stopover. Great central location, lots of great bar, cafe and restaurant options - as well as being right across from the conventions venue. The room and bathroom were small but perfect for my needs. Immaculately clean, very quiet, with everything I needed. And the bed was blissfully comfortable! Friendly greeting by staff on arrival too.
