'The host never responded to us at any point. She did not send us the code for the key to get in to the place. We were only able to get in at all because of a friendship with the people who rent another place on the same property who were able to contact the property manager. Then once we did get inside, there was no water available. Most likely it was frozen. But we had to haul water from another location in order to even be able to flush the toilet during our stay. Showers were not an option...

'My daughter and I spent four nights in this beautiful, cozy cabin in January. The cabin was comfortable and well appointed. The host was generous and responsive. The cabin was conveniently located just out of town and in the hills, yet a quick drive to everything. We were surrounded by trees but could step onto the driveway to see the aurora. I highly recommend staying here.'
