'Wonderful hotel and rooms good size with all amenities you’d expect. Breakfast is cooked to order and excellent, if it’s busy you’ll have to wait a while for food but it’s worth the wait! So beautifully prepared, with attention to detail. The biggest letdown for us was that you have to pay 50€ per person a day to use the new outside pool as it’s located in the ‘spa'. This was not clear from the hotel description so very misleading and an expensive addition to the holiday so be aware of this when...

'Loved this slice of heaven, away from the crowds of Lugano but yet convenient to get to by car. The front desk service was amazing - the girls were so friendly and helpful. Daily breakfast was clean tasting and delicious. The hotel grounds are so thoughtful, well designed and aesthetic. Despite it being an old building, it did not feel cold like some old buildings can - Insulation done right! Highly recommend to anyone who loves a quaint boutique hotel with great service and thoughtful...

'Breakfast was good with nice views. To bad there was a highway between the hotel and the lake. A lot of traffic noises made for a les nice experience. Sitting on the balcony or terrace was loud. Room were pretty small with cheap floors and ikea furniture. Shower had mould in it. So overal not worth the steep price in my opinion. '

'Hotel located very well. Nice breakfast. Good food. But the hotel could use renewal of lots of things. Mattresses for example. Beware of restaurant ticket. Ate there twice. Twice a mistake on the ticket. Ticket redone without discussion though. '

'Brand New Hotel, just opened 02/2026, room we stayed in is the basic room but felt like upgraded one. Very quite hotel. Staff absolutely outstanding and very helpful from check in to check out. Treated nicely with some desert delivered to our room as welcome food, just perfect nothing else can describe it. The location can’t be better, 4-5 minute walk from the lake. We will be back in the future. Please keep this level if the service and cleanliness. '
