'Een prima compleet uitgeruste woning met gedeeltelijk overdekt terras met eettafel en stoelen. Vanaf het terras prachtig uitzicht over de baai en omgeving. In de slaapkamer (met het 2-persoonsbed) hoor je het geluid van de brekende golven van de zee, en regelmatig een langsgaande trein.'

'Zeer ruim huis met meerdere terrassen en een prachtig uitzicht tot aan de zee. Het huis is wat basic en kaal ingericht maar is erg schoon en netjes. Zeer rustige ligging en een hele goede uitvalsbasis voor de omgeving van La Spezia tot aan Genua. Het contact met Barbara verliep meteen vanaf het begin erg soepel en vriendelijk. 'We had an amazing time at the Villa Tanca. We appreciated Alina meeting us at the base of the stairs and showing us around this beautiful villa. The villa was perfect for our family (4 couples) with spacious bedrooms and living areas and the beautiful patio overlooking the sea. The proximity to town and the Cinque Terre trails was perfect. There is so much to do right there. We really appreciated the wonderful welcome basket with plenty of fresh fruit, pasta, local specialties and the Prosecco!...

Beside this there are several appartments attached to the house which are full of people. They have access to the garden of the house and make noise and have a dog who also walks in the garden.'
