'St Louis is one of my regions for work. I’m here about once every 2 months. This is the ONLY hotel I will ever stay at. I tried 2 other hotels over the past two year and nothing compares to this. 'Checking in and checking out were easy. Parking was secure. The staff was always kind and helpuful. Breakfast was hot and ready each morning and there was enough variety that it was never boring. The hotel was in walking distance to all of the places we wanted to go. '

Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'The area just around the hotel is experiencing street renovations but that did not greatly interfere with accessing the property. The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful every time I spoke to someone. The hotel is walkable to nearby attractions such as Union Station and several sports venues. Parking was included and a restaurant was onsite as well. The rooms was very clean and spacious. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.'
