Restaurant experience was underwhelming for a very nice hotel but it was kind of convenient although service was NOT fast or attentive. The room did have a comfortable bed. First room had a bath tub that was not working properly and maintenance came and tried to fix it and could not, so I was switched to a suite to "compensate". 'Really nice hotel in a great location. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Everything is pretty up to date. Nice self wash area where you can do your laundry. It's a 10 min walk to the Arch. And it's for a good price.'

Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. 'The area just around the hotel is experiencing street renovations but that did not greatly interfere with accessing the property. The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful every time I spoke to someone. The hotel is walkable to nearby attractions such as Union Station and several sports venues.
