'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'

Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'Be prepared for the dress code standard at this property, collared shirts required at the bar and restaurant no hats in the lobby. you must be well-dressed to lounge in the lobby although it is permissible to traverse the the lobby in street clothes provided you don't work there the rooms are made available to guest but are owned by the Missouri athletic club and it has Country club type rules it's an excellent place to stay but be prepared for this before booking.'

'Specifically picked this hotel due to its proximity to Busch Stadium, went to a ball game and wanted to be able to walk to, and from the stadium back to the hotel. I didn't choose to do valet, and just parked in the garage across the street for $30 for less than 24 hr parking. Didn't really have time to use any of the amenities the hotel offered, but the bar/dining area looked really nice.'

'I was very happy with the upgrade due to being an ambassador. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, but when my daughter took a shower she noticed mushrooms growing out of the ceiling, and hair in the tub. We did report the mushrooms the next morning, but that is apparently a sign of mold etc. I had a hard time finding ice, and walking around the hotel on various floors I didn’t feel very safe, not sure why, just a vibe I had.
