Geniet van uw verblijf in dit schilderachtige strandhuisje in kuststijl met een moderne uitstraling met veel updates.
Deze twee slaapkamers, 1 1/2 bad, huis is gelegen in een rustige buurt, op slechts een mijl van Bethany Beach. Dit huis biedt een volledig gevulde, bijgewerkte keuken met roestvrijstalen apparaten en zowel binnen als buiten eetgedeeltes. Grill bevindt zich op de achterporch. Dit is een perfect uitje voor die langverwachte retraite! Elektrische open haard in de woonkamer en een flatscreen-tv met een selectie films. De slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed, tv en een half bad. De tweede slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden met een complete badkamer gedeeld door de twee slaapkamers. Smaakvol ingericht huis met een frisse, moderne uitstraling. De eigenaar biedt strandstoelen en strandspeelgoed. Aarzel niet om uw eigen linnengoed mee te nemen of te vragen naar onze linnenpakketten. Maak hiervan uw ontspannen uitje.

We loved this house and location so much last year, we had to come back for a second stay. The house is just a short drive from Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island beaches and other attractions. Our kids loved having the pool as an option as well! We hope to visit again.

Location is perfect, 1stChoice (property management company) communicated well before the rental, and accommodated a very late check-in. Minor aspects noticed: Some wear and tear is visible on the property, with little effort to hide: one broken blind, the welcome binder was broken, one of the blankets was stained (either rust or food/tomato?), a cool bottle opener not working. - The owner who seems to live nearby had his car parked in one of our two parking spaces, without checking with us whether we needed it or not. We happened to arrive in one car and were fine with only one spot, but we found the situation a bit weird. - The parking space under the house is a bit messy, including a few old tools and items randomly positioned. Overall, a good rental and we'd stay there again.

It is an ideal place for a relaxing stay at Bethany. The home is situated perfectly for a small family and the owner really goes the extra mile from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable and clean furniture, to the beachy furnishings. We really felt like we were at our very own beach house. Close to town and state park beaches in a cool little neighborhood. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time. It's a great neighborhood for families, the house was quiet and clean. The community pool is a very short walk, easy for the kids. The neighbors in the community were all friendly, and the property owner even came out to introduce himself and offered to help if we needed anything during our stay. Thanks!

This is a great little house. It has what you need to stay a while. It is a short drive to the beach. The kids enjoyed going to the pool as well. The queen bed is comfortable. The kids slept well in their room. It is a nice quiet little community away from the business near the beach. I want a house near the beach like this for myself.

Lovely place, nicely decorated, many cute Knick knacks, well stocked. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch and outdoor seating area. It is further from the beach than we like but if you are going to drive anyway, great!

Wonderful place, 10 minutes from Bethany Beach. Very friendly neighbors, many activities for adults and kids alike. Fenwick beach was beautiful- thanks for the tip to Mike the owner!

It can be hard to find a smaller rental for one family but this rental fits the bill. Our family enjoyed riding our bicycles into town and also appreciated all the great amenities in this rental.

Property was nicely decorated and comfortable. Bathrooms and floors were not very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of little things there to make our stay easier. Location was close to everything. Nice pool close to the house. Overstall stay was good.

We enjoyed our stay! The home is the perfect size for a family of 4. The neighborhood was quiet and ideal for morning bike rides. The pool was a few footsteps away and the kids enjoyed the pool over the beach! The beach was further than I had thought. I envisioned us biking there. There are some sections of road where there is no shoulder and so biking with little ones would not have been safe. We were close to OCMD, so on a rainy night, the Sun and Surf movie theatre was a nice option. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend a stay in Clearwater Villages.

This property was wonderful - the perfect size for a family of 4. The community was beautiful and quiet. We biked into Bethany easily, swam in the pool, biked and skateboarded the neighborhood. We had everything we needed! The owner stopped by and introduced himself - lucky us!

Clearwater at Anna Maria Drive was a quaint, quiet getaway only 2 miles from Bethany Town Center! This was my first time reserving a place for a vacation for 4 other ladies. There were no hiccups with making the reservation. Good amount of space for kitchen cooking with nice outdoor spaces, such as a screened-in porch and open deck. Other aspects could have used improvement. As the owner mentioned to us, when we briefly crossed paths in the driveway during our stay, he is in the process of writing up a vacation packet, outlining numerous helpful hints around the property, but didn't manage to complete it by the time of his first renters (us!). Various kitchen amenities, such as measuring cups, were missing from the provided kitchen utensils. Temperature control was an issue at first, though we eventually got the hang of it. Washer and drier function alright, though the clothing in the drier requires a couple rounds or two to dry things completely. All in all, the visit was great and I would definitely visit again.
