'Very friendly staff, and the breakfast was excellent.'

'The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We ended up with a clogged toilet. I called and the person I spoke to was almost annoyed I called. She did promptly come up to drop off a plunger. I easily unclogged it thankfully. I don’t think they were willing to give me a hand with that. The pool was old and definitely needs some tlc but it was ok as well as the hot tub. This was a ok place to stay 1 night at most.'

'The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The amenities were very simple. The carpeting in the hallway and in the room was a little worn and smelled a little bit old. The bed was very comfortable, it did have a little squeaky noise when you move around. Overall, it was a great experience. I would stay here again.'

'The second floor is in need of washroom overhaul. I have stayed on the first floor before so I know the hotel is good, but the second floor washrooms were gross so now that I know that I might not book on expedia again so that I can make a request for the first floor. The best part of this hotel is the pool which is very well maintained and beautiful.'

'Rooms were clean, hotel was overall quiet. I gave this 3 stars because I want to be frank in that if you are staying in this hotel /area in general, there are very active train tracks right outside. As a hotel during travel or outdoor activities of the area, it is probably a very convenient location for the area (there isn’t “much” around). For a short “getaway,” for some better sleep, I would not unfortunately stay at this location again. Hotel was clean, service was kind and pleasant. Just...

'The room was clean but the microwave cord had to be held for it to work, the hot tub was just warm.'

'Dirty sheets, beds were uncomfortable and there was a hole directly under the sink that my dog could fit through and she’s a big pitbull. Water pressure was nonexistent and the water knob was completely broken off sitting on the side of the tub.'

'Pictures are very deceiving. Room was okay with a jet tub in it. Actually quite a large room. But toilet barely flushed, couldn’t get my outdated shower door to close all the way, no refrigerator which while traveling we like for cold drinks, multiple stains on the rug, and when checking out the tub had a cockroach crawl out of the faucet. One plus - the large vanity mirror was updated and very nice and bright. With all the negatives we decided to skip the very small continental breakfast.'

'If i could give 100 stars i would. I was visiting for my son's wedding in the area. So many things to do in an area you are unfamiliar with. And crazy construction to navigate around. The staff was the kindest, most genuine down to earth people you would ever want to meet. Directing me to what's in the area and just friendly support for a crazy mother of the groom. The stay was very enjoyable amongst all the chaos. The only issue i had was i must have had to rekey our hotel key about 15...

'First night, okay. Second, third, etc neighbors jumping, bumping loud music most the night until I had to call the front desk two nights in a row. They have workers in and they’re top priority. Not us traveling peasants lol. If you wanna party, check in; if you want quiet go elsewhere'
