'The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond even giving recommendations of good hiking trails. My only dislike was the bed (my kids didn't mind the bed ls though). I would definitely stay again and they even worked with local restaurants to get 10% off dinning. '

'I have no complaints. Our stay went off without a hitch. Rooms were quiet, clean, and had everything we needed. Having hot options for breakfast was great and the staff were all very friendly. The complimentary snickerdoodles as the front desk was much appreciated by my husband. :)'

'I have never been walked to my room and given a brief info tour at any hotel, including 5 star. It was wonderful! Room was clean and cared for. A/C worked ( there was a heatwave outside) Saltwater pool was the best!'

'Everything was more than good untill the breakfast service. The temperature was set at 60, with fans working, my kids were getting frozen, I tried to just stop a fan like other customer but the kitchen attendant stopped us and made sure those were working against the comfort of everybody. I can't understand why the customer preference can not be listened on something so small but uncomfortable.
My kids had to rushed breakfast, they were shivering. Other kids brought blankets to the table. This...
