Hotel maakte een nette indruk. We hadden een mooie grote kamer. Helaas was er één lift kapot. In het restaurant was er maar beperkt keuze in maaltijden. De pizza en flamkuchen smaakte wel prima.

Das Hotel liegt nicht zentral, jedoch in der Nähe des ÖV. Im Vergleich zu früher (Innside) hat es insgesamt nachgelassen.

Shocking hotel
Disappointing. Front desk staff were disinterested and even rude when I checked out. Ordered paster from the restaurant, after a very long time it arrived cold, sent it back and after another long wait they reheated in the oven! Awful. Sent back and didn’t bother any more. Far too many great hotels in Frankfurt to bother with this one.

Appalling experience, to open hotel with basically only a receptionist, no kitchen, no bar, no meals, to tell guests if you want to eat there is a resturant down the road, which happened to be closed. I was booked in for 3 nights but checked out after one and moved to the Marriott. I traveled for 25 years all over the world for business and the mine site camps I stay are are better the what you provide. Last time I ever stay in a Hilton Hotel

Clean hotel and close to the stadium. Staff are very accommodating. The bar was closed the whole time we were there and the water went off for a while during our stay.

I will never go back
My brother was forced to sleep in with me and my partner because the room he'd booked and paid for was sold to someone else. It was a disaster that could have been flagged when I tried to check in for him earlier in the day. But instead it was picked up near midnight when he arrived. The check in agent Ishmael was fantastic, but didn't have a hope of finding a solution as his manager provided him with no help over the phone. Terrible experience. The hotel was clean and easily accessible by train, 15 minutes from the city centre. Glass walls divide the room from the bathroom which obviously didnt work for us. Please thank Ishmael for being a silver lining amongst terrible greed by the hotel's sales team.

I did not like the shower besides my bed and the fact that it was clear . It was an eye sore. One of the house men was rude . When it was time for me to check out of my room . It was 10:45 check out was at 11:00 and he rudely said to me yelling well what time are you leaving. Very uncomfortable. I will never book here again. The best part of the hotel was the fitness area. I rather be in the gym then go look at that eye sore shower in the space where I have to sleep and eat.

The position of the hotel is not good ( at least for me) . In the middle of a complex of hotels and offices. Long trip ( 40 mins - walk to train - get train etc) to Centre of frankfurt. Then possitionof the hotel put me off staying here again.

Really clean smart hotel. I actually loved the atrium lift and the funky bathroom shower layout in the bedroom. The staff are terse but helpful. If you are staying to attend something big at the EF Stadium the taxi situation needs managing. There is normally a taxi at the door but this won't cover a big concert and the drivers are reluctant to get tangled up at the other end. Walk or Uber. Also, they closed the bar early after the gig we went to, which was odd, so no drink when you get back from the show. Normally it's open until 12. Overall, very happy with our stay.
